16th Nov 2018 (5 years ago)lier staff in maintenance team , they never fixed thing shower heating not working since a week keep on telling someone come around nothing happen , give a smelling carpert promise to be clean once moved ask to clean it they say we organized someone to come and clean nothing done basically lier staff be carefull when taking any property for rent form this agent . as something goes wrong they not gona fixed it.
17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

11th Jan 2024 (18 weeks ago)I saw one of your boards ystd while driving thru Throckenholt. Thought I'd check out details, price etc but your website doesn't seem to let a buyer do that. Some agents let buyers scroll thru avail props refined by area/price, wotev. I seek something rural in or near Throckenholt/Gedney Hill etc

As a buyer Phoenix doesn't care about you, they won't give you any information that you ask for saying they are unable to but when their seller wants to know what's going on they will harass you to the point of being rude. We was told the seller wanted no communication with us and we were left in the dark for weeks when sharing doubts that we didn't want the house due to communication, Phoenix became interactive with us again. When paper work was held up, Phoenix blamed the other parties.(we spoke to the house owner in the end because we got tired) every step was a stressful time we wish that the house was listed by another agent, nothing was made easy.

I never had to chase them up at all as they were always on the ball! So good that I had no second thoughts in using them again when it came to selling my house.

4th May 2024 (15 days ago)Highly recommended. Nothing was too much trouble . Chased when needed too. The knowledge of the team is fantastic. It was a very stressful house move but we got there in the end with the help and support from Hollie, Sam & Davis and the rest of the team. They are a great team. I would recommend them to anyone who’s wanting to put their house on the market. They know what will and won’t sell and will always be honest about the situation. The team in the office are very knowledgeable and always there to listen to any concerns and they give you the best possible solution. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
