23rd Apr 2026 (11 days ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Ryan evaluated our property and suggested a price, he came over as friendly and professional so we decided to go with them. We had two viewings booked straight away and we sold our house in a week (in December). We mostly dealt with Matt and he was always on top of keeping us informed of what was going on. We moved at the end of March and are now happy in our new home. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Winkworth’s Deeping again.

24th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)A fantastic service from James Hammond, overall extremely pleased with the communication, friendliness and his professionalism. The viewing was nicely timed without being rushed and follow-up emails sent on as promised. Having used Newton Fallowell as agents quite a few years ago for my rental properties & now a tenant myself - it really is a refreshing change to know that you are in good hands. I do believe that they are a company that are looking after the best interests of both the tenants and landlords. Highly recommended !

24th May 2024 (1 year ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

We changed agents to Fairweather and we saw the positive results from day one. We appreciated their regular contact, even if it was a quiet period. Juan was incredibly helpful and even our buyers commented on the regular updates they had from him. We have no hesitation in recommending their services.

She chased matters before anyone else, was proactive, pleasant, polite, informative, and totally professional. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with her. I always heard from her with updates before anyone else. Even though my purchase didn’t go through in the end, through no fault of theirs, their support and guidance were outstanding. If I were selling a property in Kings Lynn or the surrounding area, I would not hesitate to go straight to them. Their marketing is top-notch, up-to-date, and really mesmerising. Andrea and her team are relatable, professional and very communicative all through the process. Lorraine is exceptional, even on her day off she would still be in touch with updates! All very nice people and I have already recommended their services to several other friends. 100% recommendation from me.

9th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Aspire. From the outset, communication was extremely poor — feedback requests were often ignored or responded to far too late to be useful. It felt like I was constantly chasing for updates rather than being kept informed. What frustrated me most was their clear lack of understanding of my needs. Despite explaining our requirements multiple times, they repeatedly suggested unsuitable options, which made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. To make matters worse, our property was marketed incorrectly, with listing agents not having a clue about anything that house had to offer.... that could have easily been avoided with even a basic level of attention. This not only misrepresented the property but also wasted potential buyers’ time. Overall, the agents came across as inexperienced and somewhat clueless, lacking both attention to detail and professionalism. I would not recommend Aspire to anyone looking for a smooth or competent estate agency experience.

Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

Special mention to Zoe, whose exceptional people skills made a real difference. She kept us informed at every stage, ensuring we felt comfortable and confident in all our dealings with the process. The entire team made what could have been a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward – this includes the extremely efficient and helpful telephone staff that often took our calls and reassured us.
