17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

From the start I was impressed by the very professional approach Davey offers to mediating the transaction. Consistently keeping all parties involved in the loop. Davey and Yvonne helped navigate the purchase at every stage. Exchanging details between parties promptly and concisely. In short, I would highly recommend this firm. The bonus was that Davey understood the complexity of the loan arrangement and offered alternative contacts for solicitors and lenders.

As a buyer Phoenix doesn't care about you, they won't give you any information that you ask for saying they are unable to but when their seller wants to know what's going on they will harass you to the point of being rude. We was told the seller wanted no communication with us and we were left in the dark for weeks when sharing doubts that we didn't want the house due to communication, Phoenix became interactive with us again. When paper work was held up, Phoenix blamed the other parties.(we spoke to the house owner in the end because we got tired) every step was a stressful time we wish that the house was listed by another agent, nothing was made easy.

The communication in the period between sale and completion was minimal from their side until Ozzie became the "contact" person and we cannot praise him enough.

When a Grade II listed property is involved, there are likely to be wrinkles. Still, Jan, in particular, was a highly responsive conduit between the seller and us, ensuring matters were attended to correctly and timely. The sale and contracts are now exchanged, with both parties happy - the exact definition of a good negotiation outcome.

My viewing was arranged in literally the same day we managed to make an offer on the very day. She kept on communicating with us the whole time. Everything was managed and all the paperwork was carried out very quickly as well. I love the apartment I moved in, Thank you very much for all your support and effort. We are enjoying our new residence.

16th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)After advertising with a high-street estate agent, and being let down, ignored and plagued with time wasters, my wife and I decided to look for a better agent, who actually cared about their job. My wife found Next Level Property’s advert online and we were impressed with how the adverts were written and displayed, so we decided to try them. Steve came to the house and immediately impressed us with his friendly nature, his plan to sell the house, and his knowledge of the market. He set his advert out differently to the other estate agent, focusing on property’s unique traits and backed it up with fantastic pictures that he took himself. He arranged viewings and we had an offer on the house 3 days after Christmas, within 3 weeks of the house being on the market. Name me another estate agent that could sell a house over the Christmas holiday! He went above and beyond throughout the whole process, especially after the offer went in, where he remained in constant contact with the buyers, dealt with both side’s solicitors, and even saved the whole sale with a common-sense solution to a major issue that arose. I can honestly say that Steve single-handedly saved the house sale and is the only reason we’re currently sitting in our new home! He was a pleasure to work with and he kept us reassured and informed throughout the whole process. He was always there for us, and was often the only person we could reach to update us, as the solicitors on both sides were a nightmare. I would absolutely recommend Steve to anyone looking to sell their house. I will certainly be going back to him when we come to move again in the future. Thank you Steve and Next Level Property!
