9th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)Seems to now be permanently closed as this is the second time I've got off the train at New Malden in the afternoon and found it shut. No details in the window to say when it will reopen yet stock still on the shelves? Now seems to be open again . Probably best to check before setting off if you intend to shop there these days

2nd May 2024 (14 days ago)Brilliant initial viewing with Scott. I was then passed on to Emily from there who was very accommodating with multiple late views along the process to fit around my work hours. Always a pleasure to speak with and was very helpful from start to Finnish. Would recommend.

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
