15th Jul 2026 (19 days ago)I’ve been extremely impressed with the service I’ve received from Astons of Sussex Property Management and must highly recommend them.<br><br>From the very beginning, they’ve made being a landlord so much easier. They deal with any tenant enquiries promptly, arrange repairs when needed, and keep me informed without involving me in every little issue. It means I can have complete confidence that everything is being looked after while my own involvement is kept to a minimum.<br><br>One thing I really value is how knowledgeable they are. They always keep me up to date with changes in property legislation and government requirements, making sure my property remains fully compliant. They also keep my tenant informed, which helps everything run smoothly.<br><br>The regular property inspections and detailed reports give me real peace of mind. If any maintenance is needed, they let me know with clear recommendations, and the monthly statements are always accurate and easy to understand.<br><br>Their tenant selection process has been excellent too. They found me a fantastic tenant, and I’ve had no problems at all. They also advised me on increasing the rent to a fair market level, achieving the best return for my property while ensuring my tenant remained happy.<br><br>What I appreciate most is the peace of mind they provide. 17th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Asked if it was possible to get a all be it large reduction on a rental property per month if I were to guarantee the rent for 4/5 years and was sent a very passive aggressive response from the lettings manager Edward Gailey “so just to be clear you’re offering X for a property listed at X per month?” Unwarranted response when he could have just said that this wasn’t possible on this property and then could have suggested some other properties in my bracket! None the less they have lost a tenant that was about to let 4 properties in one go! Oh well, maybe some customer service training wouldn’t go a miss for Mr Gailey lettings manager?
28th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Had a very easy tenancy with GK Whites for the past year. We had very few problems with the property but found them very responsive and friendly when we did have issues. It was a great experience for us as students renting for the first time, highly recommend!
10th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Extremely poor experience as block management . Basic management tasks were not carried out, instructions were repeatedly ignored, and financial records were inconsistent. Communication was defensive, aggressive rather than constructive when issues were raised, and the firm resigned abruptly without a proper handover instead of rectifying the issues, The service fell well below the standard expected of a professional managing agent … well obviously they are not professional! Not recommended , stay well away from !!
12th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)I viewed the shop and called the office straight away to make an offer. I asked for Lyndsey, but the woman who answered pretended to be her even though she clearly wasn’t. I also emailed my offer the same day but they never confirmed they received it. A few days later I went to the office asking for Lyndsey. Someone interrupted and said they would help instead. They promised to call me back but never did. When I called today they lied saying they had called me yesterday and told me the shop was gone. I don’t know why they treated me this way, but I’ve never experienced such poor and unprofessional service from any other estate agent.
