12th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Initially found the team to be professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful prior to signing the contract. However, the experience deteriorated quickly afterward. Communication has been extremely poor and often unresponsive, with commitments made that were not followed through. Overall, the service has felt disorganized and significantly below expectations for a letting management agent. The property continues to be shown in its current condition, which raises questions about their standards and oversight. Additionally, their knowledge of the local area appeared limited, which further reduced confidence in their ability to manage effectively. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using them for lettings.
10th Oct 2023 (2 years ago)From a landmark buildings perspective of East Grinstead this is one of the outstanding gems of architectural heritage. A simply beautiful building. I've often looked at the wonderful construction. And wondered its history. I used to do dowsing as a hobby years ago and marvelled at the apparent fact of all the underground catacombs and tunnels - of which there are many - seem for some reason to make for under this impressive old building.

26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with BCM Wilson Hill.<br>I thought I was in a fair negotiation for a property but had to continually chase them for weeks to get any updates.<br>When I finally did get a reply over 3 weeks later they had negotiated and agreed the tenancy with another company who viewed and put an offer in several weeks after I made our offer.<br>It has left us without office space with a month before the potential move date.<br>I have found the whole experience most distressing and disappointing on a professional level from BCM and hate having to leave such a negative review.
20th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend Peter from RH & RW Cluttons in Petworth. Peter never failed to update me daily with emails, even working into the night to make sure I was aware of every progress. He was there at the end of the phone with any concerns and made sure he went out of his way to find the answer. He even phoned me on WhatsApp whilst holidaying in USA when we were having issues dialling out. He was sensitive and caring to our needs as a purchaser and to his clients and passionate about doing a good job, you can tell, he really does care! Nothing was too much trouble and he was always there to help. Thank you Peter for helping us with our beautiful, new home!

14th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)They over valued the house by £50k therefore they took longer to sell it. Once it was reduced to a better price it sold. I didn't think the write up explained that the house needed modernisation I had to ask for it to be changed. However when I threatened to take the house off the market and modernise it myself a new sales assistant took over the sale she was more proactive and found a buyer.

28th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)My experience with John Edwards was excellent. He took the time to explain everything we needed to know in great detail and made sure I understood what he was saying. His local knowledge of the area was second to none! He is always On the end of the phone to amount concerns or queries I had. Best of all, he sold the house in very quick time. I would thoroughly recommend him.

We agreed terms and conditions, Michael and his team Julie, Anita, Julie and the beautiful puppy Remy were extremely supportive and helpful throughout. Being new to East Sussex they have provided us with lots of useful information and recommendations helping us settle into our new home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael and his team.

4th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed. Maintenance and repairs take far too long to be addressed, even when raised as urgent. When issues pose potential safety risks or hazards to tenants, they still fail to take prompt action. Tenant safety and basic upkeep should be a priority, but their lack of responsiveness has made living here frustrating and concerning. Would not recommend.<br>Just to add up ,when contractors finally arrive, the work is consistently left incomplete and below a professional standard..png)

13th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)We recently sold our bungalow through Bradleys and despite the market slowing down this year through no fault of his or our own, Ian went above and beyond to make sure it sold. He recognised what a beautiful home it was and personally contacted suitable buyers and conducted the viewings to ensure the property was being seen by the right people. Ian always kept us informed with feedback, which ultimately helped us achieve a good sale price. What really stood out was how personalised the whole experience felt. In a world full of apps and emails, Ian kept us updated throughout with regular phone calls and communication. He was always approachable and genuinely cared about helping us through what can otherwise be a stressful process. We’re so grateful for all of his hard work and for finding a buyer who we know will love the property as much as we did. We would highly recommend Bradleys to anyone looking to buy or sell.
