11th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)Belvoir sub let my daughter and her boyfriend an apartment that was a death trap. Had a prohibition order put on the property due to fire risk by The Leicester Fire Department. They had to evacuate. Left with no home, no compensation, no rent back and only offered half their deposit back even though they were not allowed back in to clean it. Belvoir have said its nothing to do with them. Be very careful which property you rent.

Said sales people be round so they know what they were selling not happened! No viewings! No communication and get agent recommended them! Service what service!

From the very start every aspect of the process was handled by them in an extremely professional confident way. Excellent photos and brochure, every viewing was handled by them and every stage of the sale was managed by them. We were confident in knowing the whole process was being totally professionally managed. We would only choose Whiteheads for our future estate agency business.

Void these cheats

They are interested only in their commission proven by their dealing with landowners who have the most terrible reputations & previous track records. The conclusion, to this company you are simply a number on a spreadsheet as opposed to a human being. They simply do not care.

After being disappointed with another agent we moved to EweMove and we sold within 2 weeks! Victoria gave us a complete personal service, giving us regular feedback, offering good advice and being very supportive. I think EweMove is the future model for estate agents. I would highly recommend EweMove and specifically Victoria when buying and selling your home.
