Despite requests by email and telephone on several occasions to remove their board from our property, it's still there nearly 3 months later Problem with Estate Agents in general, all over you like a rash till you sign up with them after that their only suggestions to achieve a sale is reduce the price.Then customer service disappears faster than a unicorn.

(31 reviews)8th May 2024 (11 weeks ago)Agent turned up one and a half hours late for property inspection, no phone call to inform me. When I called their office a women said she has asked the women coming to visit to call me but she didn't bother. When I challenged her she said she had not been asked to call me to say she was going to be late only when she has finished her inspection (who's telling the truth) RED FLAG. She also whined on about being in a meeting and that she had only been working there for a week or so NOT MY PROBLEM not interested in time wasters. I needed to contact my landlord to inform him of the poor service he is paying for and in then contacted PP. A long story short when the evidence was put to Simon Bacon the manager he had no choice but to apologise to my landlord but no apology to me for wasting my time. Always going to apologise to the landlord because he's paying him. VERY POOR appears there is no proper in house or external communication. Glad I'm only going to here for a short period of time.

The whole Preferential team have been fantastic but specially Emma K since I dealt with her from day one till the end of the tenancy, she is brilliant. to be fair they always fixed any fault in the property pretty quickly so thanks to Victoria for this. I did not deal much with the director Simon but he did some adjustments to my contract to be able to give the month notice from the day I exchanged contracts of the property I purchased so thanks for this. From our side we have kept the property always clean and taken care of it as if it was ours. I recommend Preferential.

He has been fantastic throughout, having found a buyer he has been responsive to both sides keeping information flowing and the sale on course. I can highly recommend his services.

After being disappointed with another agent we moved to EweMove and we sold within 2 weeks! Victoria gave us a complete personal service, giving us regular feedback, offering good advice and being very supportive. I think EweMove is the future model for estate agents. I would highly recommend EweMove and specifically Victoria when buying and selling your home.

Photography was good. Trying to arrange viewings which they were able to facilitate was difficult. They were not as flexible as we would have liked. They were also the agents for the property we were purchasing and this was our main reason for selecting them to market our house.

I had enquired about a property and was emailing an agent consistently. She has booked me on for 2 pm. I emailed to confirm the booking the next day, and she had said 1.15pm - I did not have enough time to get there. I had still driven down wasting 1 hour and a half of my time (I tried calling multiple times) I'm very dissappinted with the service as I was told, "The agent is unlikely to do any further viewings on this as we have had a really successful day today." With it being no fault of mine, I was declined. Not impressed. Not valued. Not appreciated.
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
