Communication is excellent, I have been kept informed almost daily and all the staff are extemely helpful and efficient. A special mention for Matt who has made the experience of selling my bungalow so far, stress free and supportive.

They kept in regular contact throughout the process and dealt with us and our buyers in a professional and straightforward way. Their marketing materials were significantly better than we saw from other agents. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
14th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)I viewed a property at Harlesron which is on the rental market for £2000pm my daughter rang to arrange the viewing to be told they are only doing viewings over 1 days.... surely prospective tenants are shown around until the property is gone??!! However I rang and got an appointment. If I was the landlord, and being a landlord of several properties in the past, I would be horrified at the total lack of interest and knowledge that the young lady had. I totally understand COVID being in the housing business myself but there is certainly no excuse being told to show myself around the maze of the property and I would have expected her to know the basic like if there was a log burner, the boundary of the property, storage facilities and the amount of stables and despite her keep on saying she doesn’t know anything about horses I don’t think you need to know anything about horses but should certainly know what comes with the property. Certainly COVID does not restrict a member of staff walking the grounds showing a prospective purchaser around. I know if I was the landlord I would be totally dissatisfied with the level of service they are getting for their fee and I would certainly expect a better level of service from A prestigious company like Fine and Country! Let’s hope for the landlords sale that the property is taken by someone

8th Mar 2021 (3 years ago)The support of the estate agent was the most important part of this sale transaction for me, because I was selling the property as Executor for my father's estate, and I live overseas. Therefore I needed a trustworthy, professional, diligent estate agent, with reliable swift communications and effective marketing skills. Haart in Dereham fulfilled all of these requirements admirably, and I was delighted with a smooth and successful transactional outcome. In particular, I must mention Elton the Manager for his enthusiastic attention to the initial listing and creative photography skills which showed the property in excellent graphic detail. And also Roxy the sales administrator, who was always on hand to coordinate between myself, the buyers and the conveyancers. Her friendly, polite and efficient support was priceless! Overall, I unconditionally reccomend the Haart Dereham team for anyone who is selling or buying a house in their area!

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. 11th Dec 2023 (23 weeks ago)The initial visit, photos and valuation were all handled professionally, very happy with this part of their service. I liked that they claim to be a local family run business and was happy to support them with my business. I appreciate that market forces often dictate how much interest the might be in a property for sale. In the 9 weeks my house was on the market I had two viewings arranged and then cancelled...not the fault if the agent ...but in that time didn't have one phonecall from Gilson Bailey to keep me up-dated or to touch base to reassure me. I was very disappointed by their lack of customer service.
