29th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Phoned the branch to sell our house, told the sales team would call us, they didn’t. Waited 2 weeks, filled in an online form asking for a valuation. A week later still no contact. Needless to say won’t be bothering a third time.

3rd Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)While in the process of purchasing a property through Brown and Co, I encountered issues regarding the legality of the build on the land. As a result, I made the difficult decision to withdraw from the process. However, I was disappointed by the way Brown and Co handled the situation. Despite their own terms, they refused to sell my property and terminated the contract. I found their actions to be unprofessional and childish.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

It was reassuring to have a professional property person acting on my behalf. 23rd Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)I have used minors and Brady Wroxham branch twice now , and my auntie used them first I have recommended many friends that have also used them , I always use the Wroxham branch , as Abbie is amazing always prompt and happy to help , sold my previous property with this branch and Abbie’s follow up and after care was amazing, they always sell quick and get you a good price , highly recommended their services, chasing the chain , solicitors etc Abbie has always been a great support, a value to this company as well as many others in this office , I opted for a multi agent policy, but only instructed them and had every confidence my property would sell in their care thank you

The team keept us in the loop with weekly updates and helped chase up outstanding or difficult queries with all parties when they could. When our first purchase fell through due to the vendor, Homeworks helped us find another property really quickly. Never felt as if it was too much to call or email them. Would use them to sell in the future.

22nd Apr 2024 (10 days ago)We have just completed the sale of a property using Money Properties (Attleborough) and were extremely pleased with their service from start to finish. Excellent property details were provided by Money Properties following the initial meeting with Christian. A competitive agent’s fee was quickly agreed. After a number of viewings, arranged and attended by Money Properties, a prospective buyer was found and their offer accepted. Throughout the sale, the team at Money Properties (Elise, Susie and Sam) gave regular progress updates and chased up any actions as necessary. All our queries made by phone and email were quickly and effectively responded to. The sale completed last week (April 2024). We have no hesitation in recommending the services of Money Properties in Attleborough.
