1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)This was our first viewing with Fine and Country and to say they were a breath of fresh air is an understatement. Unlike other agents we've viewed with, we were able to visit the property without being rushed and with no pushy sales tactics. This left us feeling welcomed and valued as a potential customer. Every member of staff we've dealt with has been polite, courteous and gone out of their way to be helpful and answer any questions we have. The whole process even started on a positive note as the photos taken to advertise the property were actually representative of what was there. Most other agents seem to use odd lenses and angles to give an unrealistic view of a property leading to instant disappointment when you arrive. That's not the case here. This is what other agents should aspire to be, welcoming, informed and helpful. We really cannot recommend them highly enough. We've dealt with both Alison and Sally and would would like to thank them both for all they've done. Superb.

Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins

29th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)After making an offer on a property, Attik encouraged us to put funds down for solicitors fees and affirmed that they had accepted our offer. After being left in the dark over a few days, they pull the rug from under us, with us wasting some money on solicitors fees.

20th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)We couldn’t recommend Stobart & Hurrell highly enough after they handled the sale of our home.<br><br>Having lived there for over 11 years, selling the house and moving on was a huge step for us as a family, and from the very beginning the team were fantastic. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, always there when we needed them.<br><br>The whole process was handled brilliantly. Communication was excellent throughout, we were kept informed at every stage, and whenever the inevitable stresses of moving house cropped up, we always felt we had someone on our side helping to keep things moving.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. From our first contact & meeting with Fin, who is a credit to the team, never have I met such an enthusiastic and personable representative of an estate agency.<br><br>I also want to thank Oli & Zak, always there, whenever needed.<br><br>We never felt like just another house on the market, they genuinely cared about the sale and about getting us to the finish line.<br><br>After 11 very happy years in our home, it was quite emotional handing over the keys and closing that chapter, but we couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us do it.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone at Stobart & Hurrell. 28th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)We brought our property through Sefftons and were highly impressed with Suzanne and Siobhan who we mostly had contact with.<br><br>We had an offer on a property which didn’t work out but straight away Suzanne found a similar property in the area we wanted which we were able to view.<br><br>Suzanne was friendly, diligent and promptly responded to emails and phone calls. She was able to support the vendor and us to ensure tasks were completed in a timely manner. She also supported us to visit the property when visiting the area, sometimes being flexible with little notice.<br><br>There was one issue arising from the surveyor and both Siobhan and Suzanne supported us and the vendor as needed.<br><br>We would highly recommend Sefftons estate agent and would like to thank Suzanne and Siobhan for supporting us so well. Thank you. ??????

During the viewings we attended Ralph was always very approachable and knowledgeable and truly cared about learning what features we were searching for. Always kept us in mind and even contacted us when suspected suitable properties became available. Really appreciated their kind and friendly approach and would definitely recommend anyone to get in contact!

Everything went smoothly, and they were always happy to help whenever I had any questions. Thanks to the whole team for making the renting process so easy and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend them!

She has given us advice, feedback and updates along the way to make our journey to selling our house as smooth as possible. We experienced issues and fall backs but Lenne was always there to fill us in and get us back on track.<br>Right up to the moving day Lenne was in regular contact and only a message away for any help we needed. Even after moving in to our new home she has checked in which is so thoughtful.<br>We couldn’t recommend Lenne and EweMove more to sell your house.
