1st May 2026 (12 weeks ago)Charles requested proof of funds before allowing us to view a property, which we promptly provided. Since then, we’ve been completely ignored despite leaving voicemails, sending texts, and emailing multiple times without any response. This level of service is extremely disappointing—particularly for an agent of this calibre—and falls well below the standard we would expect, especially when compared to other Knight Frank offices.
15th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Less than a week after photos etc taken, the house went 'live' on the internet. The next day, I received a phone call from CobbAmos wanting to book a viewing the following day. The house was sold, etc, within a week.

Holly kept us updated at every stage, handled viewings smoothly, and were always quick to respond to questions. What stood out most was their honesty and local knowledge—Holly clearly understand the Hereford market and gave advice that genuinely helped the sale progress quickly and efficiently. If you’re looking for an estate agent who combines experience with a personal touch, Sunderlands are a solid choice. I’d happily recommend them to anyone thinking of selling in the area.

29th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience dealing with Connells. Communication was poor throughout the entire process. Every time I called, I was assured that I would receive an update, but no one ever got back to me as promised. I constantly had to chase for information instead of being kept informed.<br><br>What was even more frustrating was the lack of responsibility when it came to processing a payment that was due to me. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was little sense of urgency or accountability, and the matter took far longer than it should have.<br><br>Good communication and reliability are essential when dealing with customers, and unfortunately, my experience with Connells fell well below expectations. I hope they improve their customer service, communication, and responsiveness so that other customers don't have to go through the same experience.<br><br>**Please note:** This review relates to my experience from the end of December. Due to personal circumstances, I was unable to post it at the time, so I am sharing my experience now.
