11th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)We were debating selling with William H Brown; and the agent who visited us personally was exceptional. He was knowledgable, and gave real market insight. Front runners. We gave our real time constraints and we agreed to reconvene at the end of Sept to get listed - Fast forward to the start of September and I get a cold call from the pushiest person I’ve ever encountered. Zero interest in prior conversations. No idea who I’d been dealing with. No clue; just demanding I get the property listed in the Open House event. Verbal rail road. Didn’t ask me a question. Just hammering me. It has honestly put me off this company; for me I want an agent who listens to what’s said. It’s a shame because the guy who came out was incredibly professional. But if that’s the sort of tactics being employed then you can only envisage any sale down the line falling apart completely.
15th May 2025 (1 year ago)I found Brittons to be the better of the Estate Agents that we dealt with. The others we used were just number crunchers to make their figures look good on paper. Their communication from the start was far superior than all the others.

They were professional and kept me up to date with everything at all times. 1st Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)"I submitted an enquiry to view a property but never received a callback to arrange a viewing. While I understand agents are busy, a simple text or email to acknowledge my interest would have been appreciated. I hope their service is better for other clients. ??????

As we live over 100 miles away, this presented many difficulties for us but Rob, Henry, Sam and the team provided a professional service and gave regular updates throughout the whole process. 4th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)Property went "live" and we had 2 viewings within 24 hours. Our property sold the following day. Buyers had to wait 6 months to move as we had to wait for our new property to be completed. Progress updated to buyer on regular basis and sale went through generally without bother (a few usual bumps in the road with solicitors, etc) but all completed successfully.

6th Sep 2021 (5 years ago)Rob from HAART was absolutely brilliant, we immediately struck up a trusting relationship which made it a very easy decision for me to go with him to sell my home, he was very complimentary, showed me how to dress my home for the sale and took some beautiful pictures, his write up was wonderful and the house sold within days. Rob has been very attentive throughout the selling process especially at the end when it all became a bit stressful! I’m not planning on moving any time soon but when I do I will definitely be in touch!
12th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)I highly recommend Minors and Brady. From the start the valuation gave me the confidence in the company. No silly promises and hard factual information. The profile was amazing and the photography excellent, no fishtail lenses showing things falsely. The sales team were great and supported me in dealing with an empty property. After sale we were passed to Norwich office and weekly updates were very settling. The mediating was so helpful and stopped the sections holding things up. I had been thtough a terrible ordeal with another agent and Minors and Brady gave back some faith in the sysytem. I cannot praise them enough.
