I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

21st Aug 2026 (29 days ago)I was already on with another agent when Cubitt & West said they could do better and get more than the asking price. They served up few prospective buyers and I received poor / below-the-asking-price offers. They said they had a queue of people lined up to buy the property and access to a wider market through their over 60’s affiliates. That never transpired. They erected a sold board when the property hadn’t sold which confused other people that were going to view the property through my other agent. They were not at all effective. I’d never go back to them again.
19th Sep 2026 (0 days ago)I cant thank Steve and the team enough for all of there hard work, especially Steve if not for him I do think it would have taken so much longer for the sale to go through as we had so much trouble with the probate solicitors our side but if not for him and chasing them up 24/7 I think we would have lost our buyers

7th Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)Very good experience at first. The floor plan was inaccurate however wasn't changed. We kept being pushed to lower the asking price (which they set). In 3 and a half months with them they didn't arrange even 1 viewing. So we changed the agency.
