They were also really fair when it came to the deposit at the end of the tenancy and understood that there is general wear and tear when living there (unlike some estate agents that charge for unnecessary things). Thank you!

He is confident in his advice and takes a pragmatic and knowledgeable lead in proceedings. I was delighted with his handling of my recent house sale which hit a few road bumps along the way. Andrew was a very reassuring voice in the stressful system of the English housing market.My advice to future vendors is that you can be sure Andrew will be with you through the whole process. He really does truly earn his fee!! Pick him!

The team was amazing from the first meeting; they've provided a great experience and professional advice throughout the process. We've always received an immediate response to our emails and all the small issues (that tend to appear when you live in a house for 5 years) were fixed without delays. We loved having them as our managing agency and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Read the contract carefully especially with respect to payment of fees on termination and the length of the tail. I was also unhappy with the handling of my property sale which is why I ended up engaging another agent who were successful.

Paul Petticrew took the time to, publish professional photos and videos of our house and handled all viewings and provided regular feedback. Superb!!

It was a bumpy road and without Ann’s support and guidance it would not have reached completion! We cannot thank Ann enough for all of her help during this process! As soon as I spoke to Ann during an initial enquiry about a valuation I new DM&Co were the agent for us. Ann has a wealth of knowledge and experience and kept me sane throughout a stressful process! She is also extremely funny and lovely and you can really tell she cares about her clients. Outstanding customer service throughout! I Would not hesitate to recommend DM&Co!
