3rd Jun 2025 (13 days ago)I rented out a property with the Ellisons Lettings Team. Superb 5-star service from start to finish. Highly knowledgable team who shared their expertise with me throughout. They also treated my customers (the tenants) fantastic as well, which any Landlord knows is vital. I highly recommend this team to any Landlord and I will be using their wonderful services again without doubt.

14th Jun 2025 (2 days ago)Needed to find a flat relatively short notice and with some non-negotiable specifications. Ben from the lettings team helped find and show me a number of very suitable flats. He was highly professional, patient and helpful throughout and never tried to push or sell me overly on one property or rush me to a decision. This is how looking for a rental property should be. Also a big thanks to Ryan who supported the process and put the finishing touches on everything, helping get the desired outcome. I can only recommend the team at Gibson Lane Kingston! Thanks for your help!
2nd Jan 2022 (3 years ago)I can't recommend Siobhan and the team at KFH Sydenham enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. It was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were very professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. There were numerous times throughout the sale process where Siobhan stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track. If it wasn't for Siobhan's prompting at a key point we likely would not have been able to complete on our desired date. Thanks very much to the entire team for all their hard work
15th Oct 2024 (8 mo. ago)We had a pleasant experience renting through this agent. The staff was friendly, supportive and professional. As our first time using the letting agent, Samantha explained to me every steps to happen in advance. Most importantly, She paid attention to our special needs and tried her best effort to let the landlord understand it, which helped us to stand out and be appealing to the landlord. It's good to feel that oh those agent don't just care about the money and want to make the deal asap, they are also warm and caring.
31st May 2025 (16 days ago)I've used a number of different real estate agencies in the UK and this has been by far the best experience I had. We have used Rampton Basely Battersea first to buy a new house and then to sell our previous one; both experiences were great, so smooth and seamless through there were issues to solve and RB sorted all out very well. Never seen an estate agent so responsive yet proactive at the same time and finally someone competent, with most of the previous one I always got the feeling that I knew more than them on things, with these guys I really felt I could rely on someone who knew better than me so really deserved to be paid for this!

He really took the time to understand the property and price it just right, and immediately had buyers in mind who would be interested. She was responsive to messages as well as agile to help find us properties with the requirements we had initially set out which can't be said for a lot of agents. She was kind, friendly and was a great experience overall. I have since recommended Marsh and Parsons and specifically Francesca to some of my friends who are looking to move in the near future.

15th May 2025 (5 weeks ago)Overall really pleasant to work with in the selling process. Always responded very quickly and were proactive about booking viewings. The only area of improvement would be feedback from viewings, I probably only received feedback on 30% of the viewings that took place which left me feeling a little in the dark at times.

In particular - Nathan Boyle, Benjamin Cowles and Ben Clasby were a pleasure to work with and a credit to the business. They went the extra mile to explain the different options that I had both in terms of properties and in terms of mortgages, they provided a lot of useful information and kept me updated from the start of the process to the very end. 1st Jun 2025 (15 days ago)I was ever so lucky to have the dedicated Tiffany from M&P assisting me on my flat hunt. I am by far one of the fussiest people when it comes to spec, and after going back and forth over WhatsApp with what I’m after, she had 7 viewings lined up the next day to which NONE of them disappointed and met every single criteria. She never showed me properties out of my budget and always stayed in contact when negotiating with landlords. She’s very pro-tenant and also one of the most honest and genuine estate agents I’ve ever met - she’s not gonna put you against a pool of Londoners in a bidding war and she will genuinely dedicate so much time to your property search and make the entire process so smooth.

Carlos’s professionalism stood out from the start. He was quick to respond to all our queries and truly understood our requirements. 18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
