13th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)Wasted my time, I was interested in one of their properties and tried to arrange a viewing. I made the mistake of agreeing to multiple viewings as well and thought it would be good to see what was in my price range. Five viewings where arranged and after the first which was out of my budget and not really what I was looking for I was informed the rest where cancelled. These viewings were all arranged more than a week in advance. Utterly incompetent. As someone who works with a blue chip retailer who regularly looks at their leases for property, I was especially disappointed their residential service is so poor.
22nd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)We just purchased our new family home through Ellisons in Wimbledon and we couldn’t be happier with their service and care. Sam and his Team have been absolutely amazing and their advice throughout the process has been invaluable which ultimately got us this beautiful house. They are very professional and kind and even when we had delays with the mortgage, Sam has been patient and kind and kept everyone reassured that we are on the right track. Sam and his Team have the right skill set and maturity to deal with any situations & complex transactions and minimise stress so, if you are looking for the best agent in Wimbledon, Sam Lloyd and his Team are always there and happy to help. 10th Apr 2024 (27 days ago)Had an extremely unpleasant experience dealing with Gibson Lane as a buyer. A few highlights: - We had to be very proactive with asking for weekly updates on documents as the sales agent was otherwise not very forthcoming with information - Sales agent assigned to our case had a habit of leaving work around 3:30, so any inquiries (email or phone) past then would have to wait until the next day - Sales agent also would randomly not be in on days without any warning or automated email response (like you would expect), so important emails would go unanswered, forcing us to call to check on inquiries - Sales agent was very condescending in communications, presenting very unfavorable terms while adding "I trust these will be agreeable" or otherwise completely ignoring our concerns - During negotations for period between exchange and completion, sales agent threatened us by saying that "the market has moved on since your offer and the vendor will put the property on the market and we will sell it for more money" - this is verbatim - Despite the threats, the sales agent's manager and vendor backed down in the end, showing how toothless they actually were Please let our hardships be a lesson to all prospective buyers: do not trust anything that Gibson Lane sales agents tell you, they are only concerned with their sales targets and commissions.
2nd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)I can't recommend Siobhan and the team at KFH Sydenham enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. It was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were very professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. There were numerous times throughout the sale process where Siobhan stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track. If it wasn't for Siobhan's prompting at a key point we likely would not have been able to complete on our desired date. Thanks very much to the entire team for all their hard work
25th Apr 2024 (12 days ago)Alkesh was amazing from start to finish. He was so knowledgable about the property and really helped to get us the completion date we all wanted. He kept us updated throughout the process and always answered emails or picked up the phone which goes such a long way! Will definitely be using Curchods and Al for our future property needs due to his excellent service. Would highly recommend!

27th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)We bought a house with Hamptons Estate and Letting at Kingston. Paul M. was leading the deal and he went way beyond what one could expect. The deal was incredibly complicated and involved two sellers that didn't want to work together. If it wasn't for Paul would probably still be in process of purchase! I admire how he was constantly pushing different parties and communicating effectively so that we can progress. Thank you very much Paul and the team!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
