30th May 2026 (20 days ago)Adam is a lovely man and liked them showing the buyers around. I was disappointed I never saw our home advertised on Facebook but never found the time to ring and ask why. Was very impressed with communication with the agent and liked that we got feedback on the visits.
5th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)If you are renting in Bishop Auckland, go elsewhere. Rude, unprofessional and not interested at all. They allowed a vulnerable tenant to live in a complete and utter pigsty with no roof, wall to wall mould, with bags of human waste and needles filling the yard and have consistently negated their legal obligations. Thankfully, the tenant has since moved out, these clowns won't be laughing when this gets to court. I cannot recommend this shambles of a company to anyone. Avoid at all costs.

12th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)They don’t do repairs on houses took 3 months last year to repair a hole in the roof and now they are avoiding more repairs damp in the house and they do nothing!

26th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)2 viewings one offer £40000 below asking price which was set by agent as realistic then they said it was probably too high. Also I take offence to their Facebook posts that state everything they touch turns to sold! When clearly it does not.
17th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)The valuation was great, the woman was lovely and photos were excellent. The communication stopped after a few weeks. The house was listed with 2 agents, when I did a viewing with the other party they said about how they'd tried to contact holbrooks and couldn't get through. I received a call about a viewing after no contact for weeks and told them the there had been an offer on the house and was sols stc, the woman rudely said you could have told us. I would have if there had been any contact! Overall wouldn't recommend them.

Loads of local knowledge, professional advice and felt friendly and honest. From first viewing I felt like I was in good hands, right up until completion when they accommodated a last minute viewing before exchange and went over and above to sort keys. Communication has always been excellent, and everything has been handled in a professional, efficient manner from start to finish. Whenever any issues came up, they were dealt with quickly and with minimal hassle for us as landlords. Reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend there services to anyone looking for a trustworthy property management company

30th May 2026 (20 days ago)Property sold after 3 days of listing and completion took place around 1 month later. Can't complain - Divan & Jack were amazing and kept me reassured the whole time. I'll be bringing Let Property another one of my on the next tax year. Highly recomended.
