23rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)AI’d their photos on a house listing in Ackworth. The listing photo’s looked presentable, however when we viewed the photos were an absolute hellhole. Paul at the agency even admitted they do ‘enhance’ the photos. Don’t waste your time.

From the first point of contact to dealing with some very sensitive issues, she's gone above and beyond to help me with everything. She's been very attentive, extremely supportive and informative. She's never once turned me away or left my questions unanswered. She even kept me updated about her holidays so I wouldn't be left in the dark.<br><br>After a 2 year long tenancy with minimal issues, I had some pretty major problems arise in my life that affected my tenancy. She's dealt with my problems with the utmost grace and understanding, kept me safe and reassured, and she did all of these without a word of complaint!<br><br>I cannot thank her enough. She is the reason I'm not homeless today. Thank you Katie.

It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. We deeply appreciate their professionalism, persistence, and genuine care in helping us reach this important milestone. 1st Aug 2025 (11 mo. ago)Was on the market for 3 months without hearing a word from the office, nothing at all until we contacted them. Was apologised to at the point and was told would get regular updates every 4 weeks as a minimum. Another 6 weeks went by with no communication whatsoever until chasing them again. Eventually had enough and took it off the market with them.

18th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)We felt they could have communicated more it always seemed that we were chasing them. Unfortunately we sold at a bad time in the market. It took over 4 months to complete after accepting an offer.

We were not just another house sale, Paul was supportive, informative, available even at night time when you may need answers Paul would reply. Thats rare, that's real service with a no problem is too much attitude. He made everything smooth. If your looking for a hands on estate agent who gives a proper service. Then I recommend this company. You will be in safe hands.

From the moment I first spoke to them to booking the valuation to meeting them it was a breath of fresh air. I've bought and sold a large number of homes in my time but one thing is for sure I will only ever use Kestrel Again. The photography, the service, the communication, and the amount they achieved everything was perfect.

We did therefore instruct them to handle the recent sale of one of our properties. Again, there were no major problems, and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Stacy was especially good, chasing solicitors and keeping us always informed as to where things were. We would not hesitatate to use them again.EweMove Sales & Lettings - North Leeds

26th Jul 2026 (4 days ago)Aidan clearly knows his stuff from an estate agent perspective but his engagement and support throughout our sales process was amazing. Ours was a probate sale and he demonstrated empathy and respect for initial valuation process and beyond. Whilst his valuation was not the highest and his fees more than other agents the small incremental cost was worth it. The offer we accepted was equivalent to other valuations in the end but a much less stressful process. He provided sound advice and we knew that the house was in a safe pair of hands whilst we were managing the process remotely. Having a single point of contact was really beneficial as well. His sales plan produced high levels or interest and a good range of offers in a short time frame. He remained supportive throughout the sales process enabling a swift completion. I would not hesitate to recommend him

I paid a £150 holding deposit after being told the landlord had approved my application and that I would proceed as the tenant.<br><br>Only a few hours later, I was informed that the application had been rejected and the refund would be issued. The refund was not processed on time, forcing me to chase it daily with no proper communication or urgency. It was only returned after a full week of constant follow-ups.<br><br>Although the money was eventually refunded, the way this was handled was unacceptable, stressful, and shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for tenants’ time and money. I would not use this agency again and strongly advise others to be cautious.
