29th May 2026 (17 days ago)We unfortunately needed to transfer to another PM due to them shutting down and were referred to BRH (blessing in disguise), we've been with them for 4 years and I can honestly say they were highly likely the best referral out of the other options we had for the area. It started with a call with Carl Agar who gave us the assurances from their establishment and how long they have been around for which then made me comfortable to sign with them. Ever since then we only got the best guidance and solutions suited to our plans. Along that journey we had their property manager in our care, Amy, who was top-notch through and through. She left and came back which we were so happy about! Alongside them, Carly, who was in the admin team, has now been promoted and I could have easily seen that happening from a mile away or recommended it myself. Carly was always reliable (Happy voice) or accommodating our needs, she always understood, organized and communicated as a landlord would want. Never questioning but answering or providing solutions. How I felt with BRH was even though I knew our portfolio wasn't huge, I didn't ever feel like we were "the little guys." We were treated with care and urgency when needed, and we were never deprioritized. Further along our journey, Georgia took over from Amy and she was on point too, so you can tell they hire only people with the right level of expertise. Our journey needed to come to an end because of circumstances, so it was time for us to sell. BRH assigned Josh to the opportunity who was already introduced to us at that point. So we knew we were in good hands as he always went the extra mile for us, we also reluctantly asked for small favours but they were never questioned but done. But primarily the reason why we still chose to go ahead with BRH for our sale was his expertise and professionalism. The way they evaluate our property and the way they present us to the open market gave us, I felt, the best exposure to achieve our sale. We managed to complete on both the agreed terms and timeline we expected. IF we do ever come back to the market for this area, I would be happy to reach out to BRH again.
9th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)After nearly two years on the selling journey, which began in April 2024, we have finally completed the sale of our property through the team at Bramleys Estate Agents on Victoria Road, Elland. It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. We deeply appreciate their professionalism, persistence, and genuine care in helping us reach this important milestone. Thank you both and your team so much — we will always remember your support and would warmly recommend Bramleys Estate Agents in Elland.
26th May 2026 (20 days ago)On behalf of my son Richard…..I was new to buying a property and Hope at Stephensons was the Estate Agent for the sellers. My own online solicitor and the vendors solicitor were quite slow to the point my mortgage offer was only valid for 6 months (took 5 months 2 weeks to completion). To be honest without Hopes additional work over and above working tirelessly with both sets of solicitors I think I would have lost the house purchase. Hope was so helpful and patience with me when I was getting no updates from my own solicitor. Hope went above and beyond her own job description. Thankyou Hope, I am forever grateful to you for getting this over the finish line. Brilliant work.
2nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)“As a ‘snail without a shell’ (meaning someone who does not own their own property), whenever my tenancy agreement comes to an end and I have to face rent increases from landlords or an unsatisfactory living environment, I need to look for another place to live. What I hope for most is to find a suitable new home as soon as possible, and a professional, reliable, and efficient estate agency is truly indispensable. I am a UK visa holder, and my visa expired at the beginning of May. Although I had already submitted my application for permanent residency in early April, I had still not received the approval result while searching for a new home. As a result, many landlords were unwilling to rent their properties to someone in my situation, and most estate agents tended to avoid difficult cases and were not very willing to help me. However, I was extremely fortunate to meet Mr. Sharma from Ritz Properties. During the last weekend of April, he arranged for me to view a rental property. After understanding my immigration status and permanent residency application situation, he remained very positive and proactive. He immediately arranged for a referencing company to carry out the preliminary rental procedures for me. Whenever I encountered any problems during the process, he responded very quickly to my emails and WhatsApp messages. With his assistance, I successfully signed the tenancy agreement and received the property keys in mid-May. Before moving in, there were several minor issues with the property’s facilities and appliances that required immediate attention. Every time I contacted Mr. Sharma, he handled each problem with a positive and professional attitude. Having lived in the UK for five years, Ritz Properties is the best estate agency I have ever dealt with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for rental properties.”

27th May 2026 (19 days ago)We have just sold through Lovelle and the service has been first class. They actively market properties to their customer base and beyond, they give good advice on making the property more saleable, and they chase offers and sales to ensure they are moving along (Pearl is very good at the latter). We had excellent service from Lee, above and beyond what I expected and what I've experienced previously either in East Yorkshire or elsewhere. Highly recommended.

24th May 2026 (22 days ago)Had an absolutely awful time attempting to get a flat with these agents. We had to constantly call and ask them to actually do the job they said they were going to. Only to then find out they'd given another applicant the property without even telling us because they had "better references". The issue being they never completed our references or actually looked at our documents?? No reason given by the agents of why they never completed our references, they honestly sounded like they couldn't be bothered. Wasted a week of our time when we need to be moving soon, will never be looking at a property through this estate agents ever again.
