Moving home can be incredibly stressful, but having Jo in our corner made such a difference. Her care, support and determination meant so much to us throughout the whole process.<br><br>When completion day arrived and problems arose elsewhere in the chain, Jo was an absolute diamond. She went above and beyond to help keep everything moving, and I honestly don’t think we would have got it over the line without her.<br><br>Jo, thank you for everything you did for us. We are so grateful for the part you played in getting us into our new home. You are a real credit to Bramleys, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you and the team at Elland.

9th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)We rented a house ?????? through Ritz Properties in 2016 and lived there for ten years. Bobby and his team have been very supportive throughout this time. Bobby has been very proactive in sending engineers and experts on our request to resolve any issues at the property as and when they arise. I really appreciate the fact that we had frequent visits from gas and electric engineers to carry out safety checks and this gave us reassurance that being tenants our safety is not compromised against any hazards. Our full deposit was refunded within hours on just one request. We had excellent experience with Ritz Properties. Thank you so much.

We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!

They actively market properties to their customer base and beyond, they give good advice on making the property more saleable, and they chase offers and sales to ensure they are moving along (Pearl is very good at the latter). We had excellent service from Lee, above and beyond what I expected and what I've experienced previously either in East Yorkshire or elsewhere. Highly recommended.

The accommodation was not properly cleaned or maintained, and the lack of proper locks on doors raised serious concerns about safety and security. Communication was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the overall standard of living conditions. I also found the tenancy notice requirements and additional charges stressful and unclear. Tenants deserve a clean, safe and secure home, along with transparent communication and professional service. I would advise anyone considering renting with this company to inspect the property carefully and get all terms in writing before signing.
