4th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)From Valuation onwards through marketing and liaison with the Sales team, the performance of the agent was exceptional. The customer service was efficient warm and friendly with attention to detail and the personal touch made it a delight using them, I got a great service and they travelled to Hunmanby from Scarborough to do the valuations, they were always there early so as not to keep the viewers waiting, whereas in my experience with some other local agents this is not a consideration. During the stressful conveyancing process with Solicitors between Exchange and Completion Tracey and her colleagues gave a massive amount of support and as I have moved numerous times over the years, I can tell you Colin Ellis are the best in North Yorkshire, also their fees too are highly competitive which helps tremendously especially when moving home. You won't be disappointed go with the best believe me my review can be verified and trusted. Many thanks Colin Ellis from Jane Hall, recently sold bungalow in Hunmanby near Filey Last week

We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!

28th Aug 2025 (9 mo. ago)My experience with Hamilton bower was excellent. Friendly staff on the ball and very intentive. Sold my property very quickly. Della was especially helpful offering to help with filling in any paper work from the conveyancer I thought that was a nice touch.

From the moment I first spoke to them to booking the valuation to meeting them it was a breath of fresh air. I've bought and sold a large number of homes in my time but one thing is for sure I will only ever use Kestrel Again. The photography, the service, the communication, and the amount they achieved everything was perfect.

We did therefore instruct them to handle the recent sale of one of our properties. Again, there were no major problems, and the sale went through smoothly and efficiently. Stacy was especially good, chasing solicitors and keeping us always informed as to where things were. We would not hesitatate to use them again.

He quickly created an excellent teaser video to provide to potential buyers in his existing network which showed off the house very well. Our sale did not proceed but I would not hesitate to recommend him based on our experience.

Made all the bookings for the viewings . The photos were very good, and my home was sold within a week. I would highly recommend Saxton Mee estate agents.
