Highly recommend the team at Burchell Edwards when buying our first home. For a first time buyer with no idea about mortgages Craig was excellent and went beyond what we expected. When our mortgage offers fell through (Twice!!) he was instantly on trying to find us better deals despite the issues being pretty complicated. In the end he took almost £600 off our mortgage payments. Megan and the team are great for managing the sale and regularly checking in with us. Overall would definitely recommend to anyone going through their first house purchase

The worst estate agents.
From start to finish.
Struggled to view property.
Bombarded with sales tactics to use them as our agent.
We bought a property they had on there books and then when the sale wasn’t going as quickly as they wanted they emailed us giving us 3 days to complete or they had advised their client to put it back on the market.
Communication overall was terrible and the branch manager is a bully.
AVOID!!!!

Craig went above and beyond with helping us buy our first house. Smooth process from start to finish. Explained everything to us clearly and happily answered any questions we had. Couldn't recommend Craig and the Belper branch enough!

Absolutely disgusting agency. Completely useless and utterly indifferent to buyers' interests. I wasted seven months of my life and £6,000 on mortgage applications, legal fees, and endless waiting—only to end up with absolutely NOTHING.
For seven months, they did nothing , only to tell me at the last minute that my mortgage expired and the seller "won’t lose a penny." Their brilliant advice? "If you still want the property, just pay again and start over."
They are a complete disgrace—zero accountability, zero support, and zero professionalism. If you value your time, money, and sanity, STAY AWAY from this agency at all costs!

Burchell Edwards where brilliant especially Nik he went above and beyond to help us find a reliable renter when it was inpossible to find one. Him and Rebeka did fantastic job. Without Nik I would have been in a very difficult position, however he made it possible and i have huge Respect for him. He deserves a medal for his dedication and hard work. Thanks so much for helping in difficult situation. Appricite all he he has done for us.

Renting my new house was so stress free. Ella was awesome in her customer service skills. She responded and gave us elaborate answers where possible. For the most part of things, We were moved into the house within the shortest period of time ever!!
