Little nervous as I was buying my first home, received great service during the whole process from everyone in the Eastwood branch.
Buying my first house was way easier because of Lee Peck's help. He was always quick to respond and easy to reach whenever I needed him. No matter if I just needed a quick update or had big questions, Lee was always there to answer them. He knows a lot about how to buy a house and was really willing to help me understand everything. This made a huge difference. If you're thinking about buying your first home, getting help from Lee is a great idea. I'm really grateful for his help and I think others who are about to buy a house should definitely talk to him.
Would recommend Burchell Edwards looking for a good experience in buying their own home.

We approached Burchell Edwards for mortgage advice on buying our first home. Phoebe has made the process stress-free, easy and fast. She has explained every detail of each step and has answered any questions that we have had, and we had a lot! Phoebe is friendly, approachable and professional and we couldn't have wished for a better advisor. She helped us to find the perfect home and pointed us in the direction of a brilliant solicitor. We are now awaiting a move in date and couldn't be happier. She is an asset to the team!
The team also helped us when looking for properties and made sure that we were able to look at properties on the market as soon as they were available. We received emails about the latest properties and when we contacted to book a viewing, we always received a fast response.

Spoke the mortgage advisor Phoebe regarding my current fixed rate coming to an end and she was amazing. I was worried as rates are higher and was expecting bad news. Phoebe did everything to put my mind at ease, really explained all the different deals available for me and it was actually a lot better than I expected. Thank you so much Phoebe

Good at selling you their contract failed to do anything they promised to took 10 day to get board up ! Said sales people be round so they know what they were selling not happened!
No viewings! No communication and get agent recommended them! Service what service!

they treated us appallingly do not use this Agent they cannot be trusted they wasted months and lost us our purchase stay away.We eventually sold through someone else their disgusting behaviour affected our future
