Holly and Ruby - Both have been great from the start. Have given a 110% in securing me a suitable bungalow. Holly is one of the only agents to keep in touch with me over tbe last 9 months i have been searching for a property suitable for my needs. Thank you for your help. It hasnt quite sunk in yet but ive finally collected my keys today.

Very happy with the way they dealt with our sale, Lexie was very knowledgeable and helped us in taking the best market approach and made good efforts to find us clients. Once our buyer was found, Allison kept us constantly in the loop, throughout the whole process and chased the solicitors when needed.

I didn't have a good experience booking a viewing with Burchell Edwards (Belper). Once you're not interested in using their mortgage advisor, they come up with various excuses not to allow you to view the property. Going forward I will avoid looking at any houses they advertise.

Burchell Edwards Mansfield have managed my property for many years, but since Holly started handling it, I’ve really noticed a positive difference. I actually don’t know how to put into words how grateful to Holly we are; from registering interest of a property, her calling me 15 minutes later and that was that, after hearing the current predicament we were in, it felt like Holly was willing to do whatever it took to help us get sorted. When I say Holly was there for anything we needed, I mean anything whether it was relating the property or just to rant Holly was there. We are now a month into our new home and life feels completely different and stress free. Honestly thank you Holly, you deserve every bit of praise you get

Jack and Amber at Burchells went above and beyond their role to ensure we had a smooth and stress free renewal of tenant at our rental property in Ilkeston. They continually updated us at all times and were extremely understanding and sympathetic of our requirements, down to fine details. Something as simple as leaving a specific light on after viewings, as we'd requested.
We would not hesitate to recommend them , the follow up care is equally as attentive, they are always available to assist in any issues. They certainly don't take your business and run. Very professional at all times.

The process was well handled and where we had queries directed to the seller the team were quick to enquire and pass on information which smoothed the process significantly.
