My friends and I recently had an offer accepted on a house, which honestly I don’t think would have happened without Phillipa’s support and advice along the way. I’ve never seen a busier house viewing, was a competitive gaff for sure. Phillipa thought of me and my friends and got in touch as soon as the house came onto pre-market, giving us the opportunity book an early viewing and submit an early offer. Phillipa was in touch throughout the offer process and helped add the finishing touches to help us edge it! Thank you for the experience so far. A true asset to the KFH team!

Everyone at the agency is so helpful, professional and really working on your side all the way through the sale. Ian Myton was leading on my 2 sales, he was so persistent in finding the new buyer when first sale chain fell through. He was brilliant to deal with: always available for a call, spent so much time chasing solicitors and just a nice and supportive person when things were being challenging with delays. I really feel like I had the best possible team working by my side. Thank you KFH!

We never feel rushed during viewings and most importantly, he has such a bubbly personality and we never feel under pressure. Facts are given but the choice is ours..... 18th May 2026 (2 days ago)For years, I had what I considered a reliable letting-agent service from these guys. Unfortunately, in my opinion, that is no longer the case. In my opinion, the service has become disorganised and ineffective — they couldn’t organise a peas-up in a brewery. In my experience, they failed to arrange a gas safety check properly despite it being outstanding for months. They also don’t seem to know what happened to their set of keys, and in my view they have struggled to bill me correctly. Various people also sent no unsettling emails to my tenants about alleged unpaid rent, even though this was not the case. From what I could see, this appeared to be poor internal communication. Overall, in my opinion, this has been a very disappointing experience after years of decent service. I would not recommend them,

Thank you so much Kayode - you went above and beyond to make sure it was the right property for me, as well as chasing the sellers when needed. From the very beginning, they were incredibly helpful and took the time to talk me through my options, ultimately helping me decide that renting was the right choice for me. Davide was my main contact from the start and throughout the process. He was really friendly, approachable, and always on hand to answer any questions. He made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. Overall, the whole experience felt seamless. The team were professional, accommodating, and very easy to work with throughout. I’m really pleased I chose Acorn and I would highly recommend them.
