Latest reviews for agents in Brixton

I was requesting a viewing for a 2 bedroom terraced property in Brixton priced for 1400. So the agent answered me that I could come to the Atkins McLeod office for a viewing the same day. When I arrived there the agent was asking all sort of questions, such as the employment status of me and me girlfriend presumably in order to figure out whether we could be problem tenants. She then drove for about 20 minutes to the accommodation I intended to see, but when we arrived there I was told that the somebody else had already secured the flat by paying the deposit. In other words: I was driving all the way down from the East of London to view a property, only to be told that it was already off the market. Thanks to AtkinsMcLeod for wasting my time!!!

The staff at Oliver Burn made the sale of my house as stress free as possible. The team at Herne Hill were extremely supportive with Val and Diana offering me copious advice and Ashley and Tim always keeping me up to date and in the loop. Will definitely be recommending their services to others I know who will be selling.

My wife and I are thrilled that we will be moving to London. And Matthew Mould made it even easier for us to find a flat. We even did viewings via Skype. I am amazed at how thorough he was in sharing the details of the flat. We saw a few flats with Matthew and we will definitely recommend him and Morgan Randall any day.

Morgan Randall

After rushing from work to get to my viewing on time I phoned the property consultant who had emailed me the day before. He had who had no idea who I was or where we were meeting. After giving him the information he probably should have noted down himself he said he would be with me in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later he phoned to tell me that an offer had been accepted for the flat so it was no longer available. Apparently this wasn't his fault as he had only just found out and couldn't quite grasp the fact that he is telling me this over the phone 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to be. He should probably consider getting a diary or maybe a job that doesn't involve organisation or a basic level of customer service.

Beresford Residential - Brixton

Lied to about set of keys! wasted 2 hours driving to there office , not a good way to treat public and existing customers,

Orlando Reid Ltd

Highly professional and long established agents in Stockwell/Clapham and Herne Hill, Oliver Burn provide a superb service to Landlords and Tenants! Working with them was a pleasure!

I had a very satisfactory experience dealing with Nicola from the Oval office when I was looking for a flat. Professional service, willingness to view properties during weekends, accurate and timely suggestions as well as all day availability. I hope this professionalism will last :) Theo

Ludlow Thompson - Kennington / Oval

Most amazing estate agents that I've dealt with in past 10 years. Omar and Syed were absolutely brilliant. What I definitely value the most is clear explanation of all property move related documentation and what I need to do next, it helped me to go trough the process with ease. Thank you.
