From start to finish, she was incredibly responsive, always quick to come back to us and keep things moving, which made a huge difference during what can be quite a stressful process. She was also consistently friendly, approachable, and highly professional – especially compared to other agents we’ve dealt with in the past. It genuinely felt like she cared about helping us get the right outcome, rather than just pushing a transaction through. It was a long road for us, but Allie’s support, communication, and persistence played a big part in us finally getting there. We’re very grateful for everything she did. 19th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I sold my property with Chris and couldn’t recommend him more highly. Property sales are stressful at the best of times, but this one was particularly challenging due to a very poor solicitor on one side of the transaction, which significantly affected the speed of the process. Despite this, Chris was excellent at keeping us updated throughout, and we always felt he put in every effort to keep things moving. He also maintained clear and balanced communication between both buyer and seller, which made a real difference. We’re very grateful for everything Chris did to get the sale over the line.

25th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I recently moved to the UK and had my first property viewing arranged by Rio Bell from Stirling Ackroyd Brixton. Initially, I wasn’t fully convinced, so I explored a few other properties as well. I was also shown another property by Elena from Stirling Ackroyd, who was wonderful and very helpful In the end, I decided to go ahead with the first property I viewed. I would like to thank Rio Bell for her consistent follow-up and support. The team has been very proactive, responsive, and professional throughout. Overall, I had a positive experience with Stirling Ackroyd.
20th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I am disappointed with the communication from the current property manager, Kennedy, as I have had no communication from him. I have been trying to reach him since December. I was advised to send emails, which I did, and I have also called during the week, but he never seems to be available or in the office, I left my details multiple times so Kennedy can contact me, but he keeps ignoring them. On the other hand, Lynsey has been a lifesaver. She is very professional, empathetic, and always does her best to resolve issues. She handled my window problem, which was urgent as it remained open during the coldest months, and also supported with the consequences of that issue, such as mould. It is now the end of March, and I am still trying to contact Kennedy regarding a parking space, which is the only matter Lynsey is unable to assist with. I have a newborn, and parking on my road is extremely difficult, making this situation even more challenging.

After I had an offer accepted, Kate was amazing at keeping thing progressing through the conveyancing process and made sure to help with any sticking points which I really appreciated! I was not expecting such a personal level of service from a high street estate agent and was very pleasantly surprised - thanks to Liz, Kate and the whole team!- 5th Nov 2025 (21 weeks ago)Super helpful and responsive throughout the whole letting process. I would highly recommend working with KFH to look for rentals in Clapham, specifically Annabel Edwards, who made the process as seamless as possible.
