The Lettings Manager Nathan went above and beyond in assisting us with property searches. When we found one that we really liked, he really fought our corner so that we could secure the property even till the last minute. He carried out tasks - which I'm sure were not in his job description- in order to help us out, and him and his team made sure to keep us in the loop everyday regarding our application.

I rented and then sold my 1 bedroom apartment through Acorn at Crystal Palace. Throughout each process they proved to be extremely diligent, polite and proactive at all times. My apartment was sold within two weeks of being put on the market. All this was done while I worked abroad, and Laura Brooke who is the Team Leader provided more help, advice, support and guidance than my own solicitor. Laura is outstanding, and were it not for her I would have lost my mind with the games being played by the solicitors. I cannot fault the team in anyway and I certainly feel their fee was worth every penny. I unreservedly recommend and endorse the team at Crystal Palace, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Best estate agent I’ve ever dealt with.
I spoke to a lady called Robena.
The property I was initially interested in had already been sold. There was nothing else available within my budget but she encouraged me to view a property that was well above my max budget.
After viewing I made an offer that was of course well below asking price.
She negotiated beautifully , professionally, efficiently and understood my situation perfectly.
Due to this the offer was accepted.
I should say that this all took place within 36 hours.

The lettings team at John Payne is outstanding. When I let out my flat at Coltman House remotely, they not only communicated to me regularly and handled viewings professionally but also let me know promptly with reasonable advice if any interiors needed work. The online methods of contract preparation and signing and reliably quick email replies were also important to me as a busy overseas landlord.

I discovered John Payne after renting a property from them which we found via rightmove. Fatos at the Greenwich office who dealt with the process and has been amazing throughout – I have been very impressed with the service and found John Payne very professional. All emails and queries have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and the whole process of moving has been relatively stress free. In fact I was so happy with the service that I used them as the agents to rent out the flat we were moving out of and they found a tenant very quickly and managed to secure a very good rental rate. I would definitely recommend – great ongoing customer service too.
