The Lettings Manager Nathan went above and beyond in assisting us with property searches. When we found one that we really liked, he really fought our corner so that we could secure the property even till the last minute. He carried out tasks - which I'm sure were not in his job description- in order to help us out, and him and his team made sure to keep us in the loop everyday regarding our application.
Forever grateful for Nathan's help as we would not have anywhere to live otherwise!

Damian was incredibly helpful and accommodating of my many requests during the process of renting our house. Even some of my more unorthodox questions he was always happy to ask the landlord and got back to me at record speed (sometimes in literally minutes!)

Very much looking forward to having Acorn as our estate agents, after some previously terrible experiences I can't imagine starting off any better!

Unique

We originally visited Suzanne and the team at unique to put our property on the market in 2018, after unique arranging 8-10 viewings within 2 months we decided to take our home off the market and stay put.

Suzanne then helped us find the best possible rate and mortgage, as we was on a high variable rate, Suzanne goes above and beyond to find the best possible outcome. She doesn’t just offer the minimum service like most, she has your personal circumstances at the heart of what she does.

We have not only saved money that we can now put to better use than towards extortionate interest rates, but we was helped to realise there was other options available that doesn’t mean you always have to sell your home to find what you are looking for.

Highly recommend unique if you are looking to sell your home, remortgage your property or even look at insurance, Suzanne will better any service/price you will find on the fylde cost.
