Great estate agent. We viewed around 3 or 4 properties with Ramario and he was very knowledgeable and answer all of the questions we had. I felt like they really helped us figure out what type of property we were looking for. Would definitely recommend.

I turned up to view a property for sale and the estate agent from Outlook didn’t show up. Instead I had a grumpy tenant telling me she didn’t know anything about it and I could not have a look around as Outlook we’re supposed to notify her. I had spoken to Outlook on the phone a few times before the viewing so as far as I was made aware everything was fine, but instead I travelled across London for nothing.

Mirko was such a pleasure to deal with. He took the time to sit down and figure out exactly what we were looking for and regularly called and emailed to make sure we were up to date with any listings he thought were appropriate. He sifted through the properties to make sure we were only receiving correspondence with properties that suited our needs. Even if he wasn't the agent taking us to viewings he made sure to follow up on how we felt and answer any questions we had. He was fantastic to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure we found a property that would suit our needs. I would highly recommend him.

I rented my flat out through outlook last year...worst decision of my life. I found them to be very short with me. They said they would charge me a small fee to let my property however this was not the case. Please avoid these con artist.
