    I wanted to sell a property with Robinson Jackson. I used their website contact form to request a valuation, but no one called back. The next day I phoned their office, and arranged a date and time for the valuation. I received a call on the morning of the appointment to confirm the details, but the person didn't show up, and I never heard from them again. I didn't bother trying to contact them again. There's plenty of other estate agents who provide much better customer service.
