These guys are the busiest shop usually with the most properties in the area to sell so they must be doing something right. Ben and his professional team are polite,patient and extremely helpful to me during my recent purchase of a property in Welling. Also unusually for most shops on the strip the guys get in early and have been there to answer the phone at 8.30 when most others aren't reachable before 9. Many thanks to all who have been so helpful during my three months saga of finding the perfect home. In particular heartfelt thanks go out to the manager Ben and sales manager Conor who finally negotiated our sale and have been most helpful in helping us to find our dream home. Highly recommended.

Great saleman, awful estate agent This was our first time we had sold a property so when Matt came in with his Salesman approach of 'I know 200 people looking for a house like your's' I should have known it was too good to be true but anyway I still went with them. Considering they sold the property from new build, the plans they put on the website were wrong! They valued the property at £345k and to be fair to them the sales price was £327k however this was only after chasing them constantly to try and get a response about people who had been to see our house. It took nearly 2 and a half months and we hardly had any viewings. The company just didn't care about anything to do with the property as long as they sold it. Matt also gave us rubbish about 'you will have me as a point of contact', didn't hear from him again..... Once the house was sold officially I think in November we did not hear from Robinson and Jackson again until around Feb time, they gave us no updates on the sale, no information about how the chain was doing, nothing. We thought this all came through the solicitor until we received a call from Village Estates in Sidcup (for another part of the chain). Village Estates contacted us regularly with an update and gave us everything we needed. After receiving a call from the manager at R&J we were told in Feb that the lady dealing with our after sales was Jackie, to which we replied 'who?'. They were supposedly meant to have contacted us every week, given us updates, let us know how things were progressing but we'd had nothing. Still after everything we have only heard from the company once or twice since we have accepted the price. Be warned, if you want service don't go with Robinson And Jackson Swanley, incompetent, lazy, money grabbing salesmen. If you want your house only to be sold and you don't care about service, go to an online one. If you want to sell your house, constantly have to chase up your estate agent, pay over the odds in comparable to the service you get and then get absolutely no contact for months because they have got you an acceptable offer, go to Robinson & Jackson in Swanley, they would be perfect for you

We browsed the market for a while before deciding to sell, we had 4 different agents around before deciding to use RMJ. They had the photos taken and on the Market quickly and sold on the open day. Dealing mainly with Charley, Lee and Bradley who were helpful, friendly and patient from start to finish. I also find the key to be a successful estate agent is honesty, unlike Wards (walderslade) who made our whole buying experience very stressful! Useless, rude and only push to get more money, they try to push you to look at properties above your budget just to get more interest in the house knowing your offer would not be accepted. Unprofessional for both seller and buyer! Luckily our selling experience was great and if we ever decide to move again we will be using them. They found us the perfect buyers who were so patient, and could ring for any advice through the whole process. A great team who we would highly recommend for anyone wanting honesty, and a straight foward sale. We got there in the end. Thank you all, especially Charley, Lee and Brad xxx
