Everyone does what they can nowadays to protect their privacy, I can confirm that your database is actually accurate, sadly I am not Mick Dundee.
Savills Harpenden knows who I am and you may know that too.
I’ve already been contacted by Savills yesterday, they said that they are getting back into the issue and they’ll let me know, at least I got attention.
Just a bit sad that apparently it was needed to post a public review in order to be taken into consideration and not being ignored.

I’ve been happily renting for a few years with no issue.
So sadly, at the end of my tenancy they kept my deposit without explanation.

Wasted my time going with them. Inflated price meant few viewings and no interest. Went else where having lost a couple of months of selling possibilities. Basically greed over reality.

We received truly exceptional service from Georgie and Zaid while purchasing our first home. From the very beginning, they went above and beyond, especially in accommodating us with our newborn, and did everything possible to help us secure our beautiful home, including arranging numerous viewings to suit our circumstances and advocating for us on stamp duty relief.
We are incredibly grateful for their honesty, transparency, and clear communication throughout the entire process, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.
Zaid, in particular, has been an absolute asset to the team. His kindness, patience, and constant reassurance meant so much to us, and he genuinely felt like part of the family by the end of our journey. We got there in the end!
