Plenty of effort went into promotion and viewings. Initial valuation exceeded our expectations but was ultimately a disappointment as no offers came close. We had already paid deposit on our next property and eventually time pressure meant that we accepted an offer £55k below asking price. This may well be a realistic valuation but suggests Savills (and others) have misread market in Ealing.

From start to finish Savills Chiswick has handled the sale of our house with effective professionalism.
