Having rented for over 20 years we must say Whitegates is the best letting agent we have ever had . Fast and responsive staff who help in a friendly manner . Highly recommend!

I have had multiple experience with the staff here and can honestly say that I would not go anywhere else.
The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite.
Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are.
I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name).
Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them.
Thank you to everyone there for the years of amazing service.

The house we are selling was bought through Whitegates Cleckheaton and had found them very helpful , so when we put it up for sale we went back to the them. After 10 months and a variety of "problems" [being asked to conduct viewing ourselves, not getting constructive feedback etc] we reluctantly cancelled with them .

Overall I was ok with the service and communication. But certain things I was unhappy as did not follow up certain things. I ended up taking off market but other people have had brilliant experiences so I don't think it's all bad. Everyone as off days and deserves a chance. I think they need to up there game in certain areas but it would not put me off going back. I just feel I want to give another estate agent the chance.
