Ben Gordon-Smith at Andrews has been outstanding throughout the process of dealing with my mum’s property.

What stood out most was his attitude; even when the property was ultimately secured privately, Ben remained completely professional and continued to support us without hesitation.

The experience we had when purchasing a house via Andrews Estate Agents was relatively stressfree and seemless (as much as buying as house can be!)
Isaac Biggerstaff was extremely informative and supportive throughout the process. He worked hard to keep all parties informed and as up to date as possible and was very proactive in chasing responses and trying to keep the process moving smoothly. He was very easy to work with and it was a pleasure doing business with him!

I’m a returning customer of Andrews Sutton — both the purchase and the sale of this property were handled by their team, and the experience has been consistently excellent.

Efficient and helpful. We were with multiagency (2 estate agents) and only with Andrew's less than a week before we accepted an offer from a buyer introduced by our original estate agent. However I would recommend Andrew's for their professionalism and local knowledge.

Andrews, Winterbourne have been excellent and worked so hard to sell our property. We spoke to Phillip, Matt, Beth and Nick at times for regular updates and they were always polite, knowledgeable gave plenty of advice when needed and feedback after viewings. We would definitely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property they made it as stress free as possible, thank you, Sue

I wish to describe my experience dealing with Illiana, of Andrews Estate Agents in Whiteladies Road.
Illiana was very attentive and responsive, inderstanding my needs and preferences. She behaved all through my contact with her in with a first class professionalism in communicating and delaing with me.
She instilled trust and I felt all along that she understood my needs and did not waste my time in selecting the appropriate properties to suit my needs - a great professional attribute in this industry. When she showed me the third property, I realized her attributes as an estate agent, that property ticked all the boxes for me.
I do hightly recommend any potential buyer to choose the benefit of dealing with Illiana.

My experience with Andrews Property Group is the best I've ever had in uk when comes to home rentals. They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. I work on the 12th December 2025.the day we moved into Property without any stress because of lady Louise and Andrews Property Group perfect and professional job.we are forever grateful.
