As buyers with Andrews recently, we had a great experience and would expect to turn to Andrews, and Rich in Long Ashton specifically, for any further property related matters, to sell or generally. ?????????????????? Thumbs up from us.
Update June 2026
Since early 2025, Rich was in touch with buyers who might find out property of interest (we had maintained dialogue with Rich in the village since purchase). As it happened we were thinking of moving again.
Rich (Andrews) helped us again - easy process to get house prepared for sale, beautiful brochure and Rightmove content. We had two families view and both wanted it, but one could not proceed. The second bought it and we completed sale earlier this year.
Once again, all went swimmingly, great support and dialogue with Rich. We are no longer in the area but wouldn't hesitate to use Andrews again if we needed an agent, and the operated where we needed them ??????

Our sale sadly has taken 2 years through no fault whatsoever of Andrews but due to a legal issue.
Holly Turtle and Liv Stasinska
have been professional, patient and very practical in their support of us and our buyer during this extremely stressful and long drawn out process. Their advice when selling negotiation was excellent and even with the length of this transaction they have never faltered in their service and support.
Thank you both so much… we got there in the end !!!

Ben put through a circular through the letterbox about offering an appraisal on my rental property. He was prompt, efficient and professional in arranging this on the same day and placed it on Rightmove the next day. Ben was not able to secure a tenant as he was beaten by the existing agency, who had the property on before Andrews. I was disappointed it wasn't Ben as we got on really well and I had alot of faith in his endeavours...he also offered a better rate. I have said that I would definitely spread the word of his great service to people I know who are looking for tenants and will also make him my first port of call for my next tenancy

Excellent service from Andrews Yate. All staff very professional, friendly and kept me updated at every stage of what was a bitter sweet sell following the loss of both of my parents.
I built a very good raport with 2 exceptional staff members of who I thank so much for their support. I actually miss the contact from them.

I wish to describe my experience dealing with Illiana, of Andrews Estate Agents in Whiteladies Road.
Illiana was very attentive and responsive, inderstanding my needs and preferences. She behaved all through my contact with her in with a first class professionalism in communicating and delaing with me.
She instilled trust and I felt all along that she understood my needs and did not waste my time in selecting the appropriate properties to suit my needs - a great professional attribute in this industry. When she showed me the third property, I realized her attributes as an estate agent, that property ticked all the boxes for me.
I do hightly recommend any potential buyer to choose the benefit of dealing with Illiana.

My experience with Andrews Property Group is the best I've ever had in uk when comes to home rentals. They're constant updates, clear communication, patient and understanding. Especially lady Louise that lady really know her job. Very professional, patient and Queen of updates. What blew my mind about Andrews Property Group was how fast they operate. They use only 72 hours to do everything. From viewing to securing the property, to reference to pay and then waited for moved in date . Was now drama, I remember when I got the house I told me college at work and when I'm moving in and she whaaat, Grace can you gave me their contact and I said say. Because they really deserve recommendation for They're amazing job. My partner was traveling but wanted to get me the place before he leave and gist what ,lady Louise and Andrews Property Group did for us . I said it before and I'm saying it again, Andrews Property Group company is my first ever house Agency who gave me stressless moving in. And they make sure our move in is smoothly and stress free by sending me i link to help me go through all my utilities. That's was wonderful and perfect idea. I work on the 12th December 2025.the day we moved into Property without any stress because of lady Louise and Andrews Property Group perfect and professional job.we are forever grateful.
