Connor was fantastic throughout the sale process. He always put our best interest first and kept us up to date at every step. Donna, the sales progressor, was amazing. It was a complicated chain but she was tenacious and patient with us throughout. If you're selling in Hornchurch, I would 100% recommend them.

I could not be more happy with Sarah and the Team at Hornchurch Balgores. We went from having a estate agents working on clicks from Rightmove and 7 viewings in 3 months to 7 in the first week. A proactive approach from a. Reactive one. It is true what they say, price is what you pay but value is what you get. Are Balgores the cheapest? No. But are they the best, I'd argue yes. Sarah gave us confidence she would sell our house in the first 5 mins of meeting her and she did not disappoint. New home beckons. Cracking work Hornchurch team! Could not be more happy. After checking reviews I decided to use Balgores. I can only say how glad I am that I did, they have been a pleasure to work with. Not only are they very professional and ensure they look after your interests, but they are genuinely very nice people, not at all pushy and all nice people. I would like to thank Ross, Ewen, Nigel, Mary, Marie and the team so much for their help. Took us approximately 7 months to complete but that was due to unforeseen circumstances in onward purchase. The staffs at Balgores were excellent and provided excellent service from initial consultation to completion. Highly recommended!
