I just moved into a flat and the owner decided to get a property manager. At first I was expecting them to be quite slow and unresponsive but the reality has been the complete opposite. They were very reactive with the small changes needed at the begining of the tenancy and always on top of things. As a tenant I would recomend the service.

I had a great experience with Benham & Reeves while renting my property. The process was smooth and straightforward, and the service was excellent. My agent, Lisa-Jane, was particularly helpful and professional, making everything from the initial inquiry to finalizing the rental a breeze. I really appreciated her responsiveness and attention to detail. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend them.

Amelia and Maria provided a very effective and professional tenancy experience. I would suggest they went beyond to facilitate my fast move in. Generally I am very distrustful of London letting agencies, but I was pleasantly surprised so far with this agency and the agents. I would recommend them if you're considering renting in South London.

Lily Busby has been a phenomenal support to the Building I manage. We are working months in advance to rent out empty units. Lily has a thirst and burst of energy, knowing her market exceptionally well and is able to guide well. An asset to Benham & Reeves.

Happy to work with Shaun who really cares to rent your flat but not happy with accountancy, could nit get rent from your agency in 20 days although the tenant paid on time, and we are working since last year either you.
