James has gone above and beyond for us, he’s always been kind and attentive. My initial sale fell through which was very disappointing, James immediately arranged from the flat to be re-marketed and found a new buyer straight away. There was a Sales Manager called Timothy who I dealt with on a few occasions and found very rude and patronising, luckily he has since moved on. I really appreciate all of James’ help and would recommend chancellors thame to others.

Kathy and Kallee have been brilliant from start to finish. This has been the best experience we’ve had working with an estate agents. They were not only quick to respond, often outside regular hours, but also incredibly supportive and easy to work with throughout. Even outside typical hours, they stayed on top of everything and kept us updated without us having to chase. We felt well guided at every stage, which made the whole process far less complicated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Miles Freeman for securing our flat. It was a rollercoaster process, but in the end, the lease was successfully worked out to the satisfaction of both sides. Throughout, Miles was not only tenacious but also empathetic. He genuinely wanted to make the flat work for us and this was evident as he skilfully balanced persistence with giving the landlords the space they needed to make their decision.
