We switched to EweMove after Mark showed us around a potential property. We were so impressed by Mark's knowledge and manner of conducting the viewing, that we decided to move from the estate agent we were listed with, and list with Mark as we felt confident he would do a great job. We had been on the market for 3 months with little progress until our switch to EweMove, when we sold in 3 weeks! Mark even found the house we ended up buying, meaning we could put an offer in before it had even hit the market. Mark has been great through the whole process, his communication is top tier, always responsive to messages and no question or query is a hassle. We have thoroughly appreciated his help, and would recommend him to anyone who wants a friendly, personable and efficient estate agent!

We couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent. From the moment we met Mark, we knew he was the right person to sell our house. He was friendly, approachable, and professional throughout, and we always felt we were in safe hands.<br><br>Communication was fantastic from start to finish. He was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed him, kept us updated at every step and was always happy to help with any questions or concerns. What we particularly appreciated was that he was always honest and realistic with us, never making promises or giving us expectations that couldn’t be met.<br><br>Mark even helped us load things onto the van on completion day! That extra bit of help and meant so much and really shows the sort of person he is.<br><br>Selling and moving house can be incredibly stressful, but he made the whole process easier for us. We are grateful for all his hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you for everything Mark!

We recently purchased a property through (Ewe Move) and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainties, but Alistair guided us through the entire process with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.
Communication was always prompt and clear. They kept us informed every step of the way, coordinated seamlessly with the seller, solicitor, and mortgage advisor, and made sure deadlines were met without any stress on our end.

Outstanding service from start to finish!<br><br>We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience when buying our first family home.<br><br>From our very first viewing right through to completion, Craig was absolutely amazing. He was professional, friendly and approachable throughout, and what really stood out to us was his honesty. He doesn’t hide behind the usual sleazy sales tactics you sometimes associate with estate agents. Instead, he’s genuine, straight-talking and brilliant at communicating, which made the whole process feel so much easier and less stressful.<br><br>Olivia from the property progress team was equally fantastic, keeping us regularly updated, chasing progress and making sure everything was moving forward. EweMove – Outstanding Service, Led by Jonathan Richardson<br>After 13 months of searching for a house and viewing properties through multiple agencies, my experience with EweMove and Jonathan Richardson was a genuine breath of fresh air.<br>Jonathan was personally involved from taking the property photographs to conducting the viewing himself. His knowledge of the house and seller was impressive, and he was able to answer my questions upfront, rather than requiring follow-ups as I had often experienced with other agencies.<br>He was welcoming, engaging and genuinely reassuring throughout the viewing, with a great sense of humour that made me feel at ease and brought a few laughs along the way. He also offered thoughtful suggestions about what could be done with the property, helping me visualise its potential and imagine how I could make it my own.<br>After such a lengthy search, this level of personal involvement, professionalism and genuine care really stood out. EweMove should be proud to have Jonathan representing the agency. An excellent experience, and one I would happily recommend to other buyers!
