Sale is still ongoing but I cannot thank Chris and Mark enough for what they have already done. Much easier to contact than the large estate agents and always get back to us quickly. Very impressed and would recommend. I like the continuity of contact and the fact that they are aware of everything going on.

After having my house on the market with Manning Stainton for 20 weeks and having nothing but issues I decided to re-evaluate and start the process again. That is when I found Nev @ Ewemove. What a breath of fresh air. The quality of photos, floorplan and description was perfect. Nev made the whole process simple and easy. My house sold in 7 days. Craig and Olivia have been an absolute pleasure to work with and they set the standard for what an estate agent team should be. I couldn’t recommend Craig at Ewemove enough. From the start, they were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional making our purchase of our first home very smooth. Olivia, our property progressor was there every step of the way and I couldn’t be more thankful for the guidance and advice given throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went above and beyond to help their clients. Going into what is considered a stressful experience, was totally the opposite and I would happily recommend Ewemove to anyone thinking of buying/ selling. Thanks again.

Paul was absolutely fantastic from the minute we met at the valuing of our property right through to getting the keys to our new. Paul went above and beyond throughout and was just so more than an estate agent, always on hand for advice guidance and sometimes even reassurance. Our sale was difficult and the conveyancing process took its toll but Paul kept us on track informed and supported throughout.
They do things differently at EweMove and trust me when I say you pay for what you get and some. I would not hesitate to recommend them and you will not be disappointed. Thanks again Paul

I recently had a disappointing experience with this agency while attempting to purchase a property.
I viewed a property prior to it being marketed and made an offer shortly after, which was verbally accepted. Following the agent’s advice, I promptly contacted my mortgage advisor and solicitor and provided the requested documentation, including a mortgage in principle.
However, communication became limited during the process, and I was not informed that other offers were being actively considered. I later found out that the property had been offered to another buyer without being given the opportunity to revise my offer.
I understand that agents have a duty to continue marketing a property until a proceedable offer is confirmed, and that vendors ultimately choose the buyer. However, clearer and more timely communication would have made a significant difference and allowed me to respond appropriately.
This was particularly disappointing as my previous interactions with the agency had been positive. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with future buyers

I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates.<br>Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice.
