?Very disappointing experience with EweMove.
?I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant.
?To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused.
?I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

We honestly could not recommend Paul highly enough. From start to finish he has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process.
By far the most proactive, friendly, and helpful estate agent we have ever dealt with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he constantly went out of his way to make sure everything got done and kept moving forward.
Paul communicated with us every step of the way, chased things up when needed, and genuinely cared about getting everything sorted for us. To be honest, he did more work than the solicitors at times!
A huge thank you to Paul for all of the hard work, support, and professionalism. He is a real credit to the company and genuinely deserves a raise for how much effort he puts in.

Joe was super lovely, made time to show me around and was really accommodating when I asked to see the property another time with my parents, he just let us crack on and wasn’t overbearing like a lot of other agents I’ve experienced. 10/10 x

Unlike other estate agents that we tried, EweMove are without a doubt the best estate agents around with their proffessionalism, knowledge, network, skills, dedication and enthusiasm.
They were encouraging and caring during the many viewings, then once an offer was accepted they kept us constantly updated on the sale progression within the chain, which at times was more than our own solicitors managed to do....
As people now have more choice on both types of properties, locations and values, its becoming harder to sell properties, especially the larger and more costly properties, but thanks to Tom, Abi, Connor, Laura, Russell & the rest of the team we have successfully sold and exchanged contracts last week on our property and can now look forward to a new chapter in our later life's.
Well done and a big thank you to the EweMove Team.
