We switched to EweMove after Mark showed us around a potential property. We were so impressed by Mark's knowledge and manner of conducting the viewing, that we decided to move from the estate agent we were listed with, and list with Mark as we felt confident he would do a great job. We had been on the market for 3 months with little progress until our switch to EweMove, when we sold in 3 weeks! Mark even found the house we ended up buying, meaning we could put an offer in before it had even hit the market. Mark has been great through the whole process, his communication is top tier, always responsive to messages and no question or query is a hassle. We have thoroughly appreciated his help, and would recommend him to anyone who wants a friendly, personable and efficient estate agent!

We couldn’t have asked for a better estate agent. From the moment we met Mark, we knew he was the right person to sell our house. He was friendly, approachable, and professional throughout, and we always felt we were in safe hands.<br><br>Communication was fantastic from start to finish. He was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed him, kept us updated at every step and was always happy to help with any questions or concerns. What we particularly appreciated was that he was always honest and realistic with us, never making promises or giving us expectations that couldn’t be met.<br><br>Mark even helped us load things onto the van on completion day! That extra bit of help and meant so much and really shows the sort of person he is.<br><br>Selling and moving house can be incredibly stressful, but he made the whole process easier for us. We are grateful for all his hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you for everything Mark!

I used EweMove to sell my home in Southport after a personal recommendation. Neil is polite, friendly, professional and very pro active. He kept me in the loop at all stages of the sale which went through inside 7 weeks. Cannot recommend enough.

Met Edward when we were looking for our new home back in 2020 and ended up asking him to let out our flat instead after the viewing! Highly recommended. We wouldn't use another agent in this area and neither should you.

We are currently using Dipul and his team to rent our property out and the process as a whole was seamless. From start to finish the team were focused renting the property out as soon as possible and took high quality photos, advertising the property the next day and arranging visits within the same week. Both Dipul and Owen have been my first point of contact and its via WhatsApp as well as email which makes the service they provide so personal and the response times regardless of the time of the day or weekend have been within a few minutes. High quality services and support is first class. I would definitely recommend if you are busy working or just need someone to handle the stress for your rentals or even if you are selling they make it easier for you.
