?Very disappointing experience with EweMove.
?I chose their most expensive package and even paid extra for photos, but the pictures were poor and the listing went live with missing information. Despite charging a hefty 15% of the monthly rent, they only arranged a few viewings over two months and failed to find a tenant.
?To make matters worse, they broke my balcony door during a viewing. While they initially agreed to pay for the damage, they first stalled by telling me I’d have to wait two weeks until they returned from holiday. Now, they are outright refusing to pay for the damage they caused.
?I listed the flat myself on OpenRent and found a great tenant in just 3 days. EweMove provided an incredibly expensive service with very poor results, capped off by a complete lack of integrity regarding the property damage. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

We honestly could not recommend Paul highly enough. From start to finish he has been absolutely incredible throughout the whole process.
By far the most proactive, friendly, and helpful estate agent we have ever dealt with. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he constantly went out of his way to make sure everything got done and kept moving forward.
Paul communicated with us every step of the way, chased things up when needed, and genuinely cared about getting everything sorted for us. To be honest, he did more work than the solicitors at times!
A huge thank you to Paul for all of the hard work, support, and professionalism. He is a real credit to the company and genuinely deserves a raise for how much effort he puts in.

Paul has been phenomenal throughout this entire process, Paul clearly knows how to sell houses as following his advice throughout he managed to secure an offer above asking on the first day of viewings!
But that's only half the story, Paul continued to provide top notch service throughout the remainder of the process, providing advice on my purchase, explaining all next steps, checking in to see how everything was going, liaising between myself and the buyer in a prompt modern and professional manner, assisting in chasing solicitors (as we all know what they are like!) and recommending other services such as constructional surveys.
Paul was transparent throughout, you know how much you are paying before you even sign the dotted line and there were no hidden fees.
Honestly, I can't sing Paul or ewe move's praises enough! They made what is normally a stressful process seemless and worry free. I challenge anyone to try and find the same dedication and service from any other estate agents!
Ewe move will be the only estate agents I will ever recommend or use again. Professionalism, contemporary solutions, dedication, transparent seemless service and communication, stellar customer service, this is what you get when you choose ewe move!!

I was very pleased with the communication between Paul from the Cleckheaton Branch and myself, he talked me through everything and was available when I needed questions answered, I was updated at all times of prospective buyers of my property and of course helped to guide me through the sale which I was grateful for.

If you are thinking about using EweMove, just do it! Lorna is extraordinary and goes the extra mile and more to help secure not only your sale but also to secure your chain.
We were selling a relative’s property from 200 miles away and Lorna could not have been more proactive and helpful. Communication was fantastic and she even kept her eye on our empty property. She certainly proves not all estate agents are the same.

I can’t speak highly enough of Claire at Ewemove.
I have been thrown in the position of being executer of several properties, all of which have been, and still are such hard work.
Claire has found a buyer very quickly and has made the whole process so much less stressful for me.

Excellent service from start to finish. Nick guided us through the sale of my partners bungalow with the ups and downs of selling which included a a buyer pulling out just before exchange to then securing us with another buyer almost immediately, ensuring we secured the purchase of our new home. Moving house never goes smoothly but with Nick guiding us through the journey this was eased somewhat. Would highly recommend Nick and Felicity. Great Team!!
