We’ve just finished remortgaging our house with Fox & Sons Waterlooville, and honestly, they were great from start to finish. Everything felt really easy and stress?free, which is not what I expected at all. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and actually explained things in a way that made sense. They kept us updated the whole way through and got everything sorted quickly without us having to chase anything. They also found us a really good rate, so we’re really happy with how it all turned out.Overall, just a really smooth experience. Would definitely recommend them if you want the whole remortgage thing to be as painless as possible.

We let our latest property through fox and sons and I cannot recommend them enough, the entire process was made so simple and hassle free all the way until we picked up the keys, McKenzie from fox and sons was the best lettings agent I have come across he communicated so well and was patient with us. My partner being heavily pregnant at the time needed more time to decide if it was the right rental for us and he couldn’t have been more helpful with this part. If you are looking for a great lettings company definitely fox and sons and if I buy or let again I will be choosing them. McKenzie you go above and beyond and it really shows in your work ethic, great guy and great agent.

Had 8 different estate agents value my property (having already done my own research). ONLY Fox and Sons valued it the same. All the others just showed my details of other properties, none of which compared to mine, and put a ridiculously low value on mine. I showed them the door. Fox & Sons did not do this.
They organised professional photographs etc., and advertised my property. Within a week I had an acceptable offer at my and Fox & Sons valuation, and far above that at which all the other Estate Agents had valued my home.
The service from Fox & Sons has been nothing short of excellent, keeping me fully informed by text, email and phone, every step of the way. all I can do now is keep my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly for the buyer.

We couldn’t recommend the team at Fox and Sons Hedge End enough. We sold our house for the first time and were both so pleasantly surprised with how smooth this was for us and how informed we were from the team. Dion kept us up to date with how every viewing went, Alan chased our sale and informed us along the way of the progress keeping us in the loop at all times. Thank you all for your communication and hard work! We really appreciate it!!
