I cannot thank Scarlett at Fox & Sons enough for her incredible support! We were on an extremely tight deadline and only had one week to get everything sorted out.
Scarlett stepped up to the challenge without hesitation. She helped me with absolutely everything, kept the process moving incredibly fast, and managed to get us the keys in just 5 to 6 days!

I had an excellent experience working with Natasha at Fox & Sons in relation to my rental property.
Natasha managed the process professionally from start to finish and maintained excellent communication throughout. She liaised directly with my tenant, handling any queries and arrangements efficiently, which made the whole process straightforward and stress-free for me as the landlord.
Her proactive approach, attention to detail, and willingness to keep all parties informed ensured everything ran smoothly. I was particularly impressed with how she built a positive relationship with the tenant whilst still representing my interests effectively.

Jordan Nicholas (the Mortgage Services Board of Management Partner) has been an absolute gem. Buying our first ever property is something we will remember for the rest of our lives, and thanks to Fox & Sons, that memory will be nothing but positive. From the very beginning right through to completion, Abigail, Kane, and Luckman were nothing short of outstanding. I genuinely cannot overstate how incredible they all were — this was a 10/10 experience in every sense of the word.
As first?time buyers, we naturally went into the process feeling excited but also nervous, unsure of what to expect and worried about making mistakes. Every single one of those worries disappeared almost instantly thanks to the professionalism, patience, and genuine care shown by the team. From day one, they took the time to explain everything clearly, breaking things down in plain English, answering every question (no matter how small), and making us feel completely supported rather than overwhelmed.
Abigail deserves particular recognition for the extraordinary effort she put in throughout our journey. She was simply phenomenal. Her communication was flawless — always proactive, always clear, and always reassuring. We were never left chasing for updates or wondering what was happening behind the scenes. Abigail consistently went above and beyond to keep everything moving forward, chasing when needed, resolving issues quickly, and keeping us calm and confident throughout. You could tell immediately that she genuinely cares about her clients and about doing her job to the absolute highest standard.
What stood out most about Abigail was her dedication and attention to detail. She treated our purchase with real importance and care, as if it were her own home. Her knowledge of the process was exceptional, and her ability to manage everything calmly and efficiently made an enormous difference to us as first?time buyers. At no point did we feel rushed, pressured, or uninformed — just fully supported every step of the way.
Kane and Luckman were also absolutely outstanding and played a vital role in making our experience so positive. Both were incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional, always taking the time to help, explain things clearly, and offer guidance whenever we needed it. They made us feel welcome, valued, and confident throughout the journey. The support from all three worked seamlessly together and genuinely felt like a team effort focused entirely on getting the best outcome for us.
What truly sets this experience apart was the human element. This never felt like “just another transaction.” Abigail, Kane, and Luckman genuinely cared about us, our journey, and helping us achieve our dream of owning our first home. That level of service is rare, and it made all the difference. Even during moments where the process could have been stressful, we felt reassured knowing we were in safe, capable hands.
We honestly could not fault a single thing. The professionalism, communication, commitment, and care shown by the entire team was exceptional from start to finish. They turned what could have been an intimidating process into a smooth, well?managed, and genuinely enjoyable experience — something we never expected to say about buying our first home!

Had 8 different estate agents value my property (having already done my own research). ONLY Fox and Sons valued it the same. All the others just showed my details of other properties, none of which compared to mine, and put a ridiculously low value on mine. I showed them the door. Fox & Sons did not do this.
They organised professional photographs etc., and advertised my property. Within a week I had an acceptable offer at my and Fox & Sons valuation, and far above that at which all the other Estate Agents had valued my home.
The service from Fox & Sons has been nothing short of excellent, keeping me fully informed by text, email and phone, every step of the way. all I can do now is keep my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly for the buyer.
