I had an excellent experience with Fox & Sons, thanks to an outstanding team including Ben Dann, James Plater, Kirsty, and Ben Simmons. From start to finish, everyone was professional, approachable, and incredibly responsive, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-managed.
Ben Dann stood out for his clear communication and attention to detail, always keeping me informed and ensuring I understood each step. James Plater was equally impressive, offering honest advice and going above and beyond to keep everything on track. Kirsty was fantastic—friendly, efficient, and always quick to respond to any queries. Ben Simmons also played a key role, showing real dedication and making sure everything progressed seamlessly.
What really set this team apart was their transparency and willingness to help at every stage. No question felt too small, and any issues were handled quickly and calmly.

Ted was by far the standout agent we dealt with during our Kemptown search.
I actually dropped into the branch unannounced and he immediately gave me his full attention, putting everything else aside to help. He took the time to properly understand what we were looking for and offered thoughtful, practical advice rather than simply sending listings.
He was generous with his time, proactive, and genuinely engaged throughout. In a market where that level of service is rare, Ted is a real credit to the Kemptown team. I would highly recommend him!

Fos and Sons - Marta and David have been brilliant throughout. Whilst they weren't able to match me with the property I wanted, they were very supportive and didn't ever give me the hard sell. David was very helpful with the mortgage broking side of things. Thank you!

Leah Stephens was honestly amazing from start to finish. She really took the time to listen, understand our situation and carry out thorough research to find the best options for us. You can tell she has strong expertise in this area and is very knowledgeable.

I had a really positive experience with this estate agent. Keira was fantastic throughout the process. Her communication was clear, timely, and reassuring at every stage, which made everything feel much more manageable.
Steve, the mortgage advisor, was equally impressive. His extensive knowledge really stood out, and he was always willing to help and explain things in a way that made sense. Combined with his great communication, it made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.

Stupidly agreed to a free valuation with no pressure however after deciding we wouldn’t be selling for a while and telling them that, I’ve had call after call from both the Crawley office and another local office. I emailed them to ask that my details be removed from their systems which was acknowledged however the calls continued.
I answered one of the calls and again explained I’m not moving and to remove me from their list. They apologised and said they would update their records…..still calls! I got a call yesterday again asking if I wanted an updated valuation. I declined. Yet I’ve been called again today. I will be blocking them if I get called again as it’s bordering harassment now.
It’s actually off putting and now, even if I did decide to put my house on the market, it wouldn’t be with fox and sons.
