After a series of house sales that had fallen through from other agents and the disappointment that brings, Callum and Seb at Fox & Sons went over and above to help us find that perfect home. Seb was our initial point of contact who showed us through the home and was attentive and asked us lots of questions to ensure the home was the right fit. A real asset to the business. Callum navigated the process of offer and acceptance with great professionalism and communication was fast, clear and precise. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience viewing flats today. The agent, Scarlett, was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable on the properties. It was especially good given Fox and Sons would be managing the let, knowing that their agent is so approachable. Gave me plenty of confidence as a potential renter. I would recommend.

We honestly can't thank Ryan at Fox & Sons Burgess Hill enough for everything he did throughout our house move.<br><br>What should have been a straightforward sale and purchase turned into an incredibly long and stressful process, with mortgage issues, delays and complications further down the chain. There were numerous points where we genuinely thought the whole thing was going to fall apart.<br><br>Throughout all of it, Ryan was absolutely brilliant. He kept in constant communication with us, chased the chain relentlessly, kept us updated whenever there was even the smallest bit of news and was always there to answer our questions. Even when things were completely outside of his control, he never stopped pushing and reassuring us.<br><br>There were so many moments when we thought we'd never get there, but Ryan kept fighting our corner and doing everything he could to keep things moving. Having someone who was so involved and proactive made a huge difference during what was an incredibly stressful few months.<br><br>Jade was also fantastic and we really appreciate everything she did, but a special mention has to go to Ryan for the amount of time, effort and communication he personally put into getting us over the line.<br><br>After months of waiting, worrying and wondering whether it would actually happen, we finally exchanged and completed on our new home!<br><br>We genuinely couldn't have asked for more from Ryan and the team at Fox & Sons Burgess Hill. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryan to anyone selling or buying a property.<br><br>Thank you again, Ryan, we finally got there!

I wanted to share my experience selling my property through Fox & Sons Gosport under a shared ownership scheme, specifically to highlight the exceptional service provided by Marion Barton.<br><br>Initially, the process was off to a disappointing start. Once a buyer had been found, the communication from my original point of contact dropped significantly. Given that the agency fees were over three times what I was paying my solicitor, the service fell far short of what I expected, to the extent that I had to start copying management into correspondence just to get things moving.<br><br>Then Marion stepped in to take over the progression of the sale, and overnight, everything changed.<br><br>From that moment on, Marion was a breath of fresh air. She was remarkably efficient, proactive, and thoroughly professional. Every interaction with her was reassuring; she brought a genuine warmth and personal care to the process that made us feel valued rather than just another transaction on a spreadsheet.<br><br>Our sale was particularly frustrating due to an excruciatingly slow solicitor on the buyer’s side. Marion identified the bottleneck immediately and stayed on top of it relentlessly. She applied the right pressure where it was needed most, without ever over-promising or under-delivering. When Marion said she would handle something, it was done.<br><br>Selling a shared ownership home is inherently stressful, but Marion’s dedication and tenacity made a world of difference. She is an absolute credit to Fox & Sons, and I cannot thank her enough for getting our sale over the line. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent who genuinely cares and delivers results.
