I am a single occupant first time buyer and the prospect of buying my first home was daunting and overwhelming. I had experiences with two other estate agents before I found Gascoigne-Pees, which were stressful and unhelpful. My experience with Gascoigne-Pees was refreshingly positive and they were very efficient, informative and helpful. Martina and Kim in particular were very helpful for me throughout the whole process and were always willing to support me with any questions that I had, and were very responsive. They were friendly and approachable, supporting me through the whole process. I would definitely recommend this estate agents and would look to use them again myself in the future when the time arises!

Lewis has been absolutely amazing from start to finish!!! Nothing was ever too much trouble and he would always come back to us straight away with any questions. Not once have I had to chase him for anything he'd always keep me up to date with everything :)

Gascoigne Pees were brilliant from start to finish with our somewhat elongated property sale (in no part down to Gascoigne Pees I should mention!) Phillip Bullman was the agent we conducted business with primarily and he was always friendly, helpful and professional with advice and assistance throughout. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to sell. Thankyou everyone who worked so hard to get this over the line and am sure I will use them again for any future property transactions which may arise.
