I’ve rented properties at many different agents, and haven’t found anyone as genuinely helpful and concerned as Phoebe. Our next tenancy elsewhere was delayed and she was very helpful with advice and expertise. Highly recommend dealing with her if you can.

Booked me in for a 12 midday house ealuation, sent multiple confirmations and reminders and then did not show. Tried to call the office multiple times, but no one answered. Received a call back 4 hours later with a half hearted apology 'as the man doing the valuation was in London today'... Very frustrating as had booked off of work, would not use again.
