I have recently let a flat through Gascoine - Pees, Godalming branch. All the staff, particularly Amelia Minns, couldn't have been more helpful or knowledgeable. She made the process of renting the property I'm shortly moving in to an easy process. Thank you Amelia

Had a ‘Sold’ sign dumped on my property and called Gascoigne-Pees several times to ask for this to be removed. Each time they promised someone would be along shortly to collect. Been about a month or so and still they haven’t come to collect this.

I had the pleasure of liaising with Jessica at Hamptons for over 3 years for my rental property in Reigate. I would highly recommend their service for landlords. They always achieved quick, high quality tenants at the market rate. Responses and updates were consistently fast and they were always available for good advice. I couldn't fault them.

Absolutely fantastic! I've really been taken care of with the team in Tadley. Such friendly, informative and helpful people. Sold my house so fast after being on the market previously with another estate agents for 6 months! Tom and Ethan were the main people I dealt with and they really helped every step of the way.

GP and colleagues were amazing from start to finish. Diligent, helpful and organised. Their advice was spot on and their role in the selling process ensured the whole thing went smoothly. Despite an adverse selling market the sale went through in 8 weeks; I credit this due to their professionalism, advise and support. Particular thanks to Tom Knight who was always at the end of the phone and went above and beyond what was expected.
I would use Gasgoine again without question and recommend their services if you are looking to sell or buy.

Lewis has been absolutely amazing from start to finish!!! Nothing was ever too much trouble and he would always come back to us straight away with any questions. Not once have I had to chase him for anything he'd always keep me up to date with everything :)

A highly professional team that continually exceeded our expectations. We recently sold our property through Hamptons in Twickenham, achieving completion within 7 weeks of the first viewing. At every stage, they were exceptional. The team found and selected a number of serious viewers for our property and condensed the viewings into a few days to minimise the disruption to our family. They thoroughly vetted each offer and helped us to decide on the best buyer for us, then proactively managed the process right through to completion. The service was faultless and I would highly recommend Hamptons Twickenham to any seller, or indeed buyer.

Thanks to the teams local connections we we had lots of viewings, even at a quiet time of year, which led to a quick sale agreed. Despite the usual hiccups in the conveyancing process, the team (special thanks to Simon here) helped greatly in keeping everything moving along, I know late shifts were put in and we really appreciated all the extra effort.
It was our first time selling a house and we feel we were satisfied with the support provided in what can be a confusing process.
