2020 9th Sept. Martin from CARSONS came to value our property in Northfield, Lightwater. "Realistic selling price £550k" (as we needed to sell quickly as we had our hopes on buying another property).
14th Sept photographs and plan completed
15th Sept, sales negotiators all came so they knew what they’d be talking about on accompanied viewings
15 Sept p.m. property went live
Between the 17th & 22nd we had 14 viewings (+ another two 2nd viewings) we had 7 offers from 4 parties. We accepted final offer on the 23rd and completed in December....... Well done CARSONS.
Comparing that experience when two years earlier we were tied in to a 22 week contract with another Estate Agent who falsely raise sellers hopes of achieving a higher price than they’d originally expected (presumedly to get the contract) and saying they had many viewings lined up = 3 in three weeks and 5 in six weeks! Suggested reducing the asking price by 5% after three weeks (a very common practise for them). Contract selling fees incorrect and sale board not erected for weeks. Their staff didn’t know what they are talking about and repeatedly told lies .....And more importantly THEY DONT SELL THE PROPERTY WHEN THEY NEED TO....pretty rubbish really!

My good experience with this agency:
I am much appreciated with the professional service provided by the sales agents ,especially Mr Adrian & Ken.
My wife and I have just arrived in UK and know nothing about the local property market,however no suitable houses could be found despite we have approached quite a number of property agencies in Sutton and Worcester Park.
Many agents were very indifferent,pushy or finished house viewing in a hurry. Some even did not answer our questions or provided obvious information about the concerned property.
Adrian and Ken are very helpful,caring and supportive ,their professionalism in our first and second viewing of our targeted property in Worcester Park gives us a positive impression of the UK property agency.
Believe or not,each house viewing consumed nearly 45 minutes!They even asked the neighbour to spare us a parking space .
I highly recommend this agency.

This is a completely untrustworthy company.
I paid a holding deposit for a property in the same day they requested , this means that the agency should holding the property for us. However, the agency noticed me that they could not hold the property after one week they received the money. We already prepared to move in.
More worthy, the agency did not refund the deposit yet!
Despite the agent repeatedly promised that the money would be refunded “soon”. However, despite multiple follow-ups, the deposit has still not been returned.
Very disappointing experience and extremely poor professionalism. I would strongly advise future tenants to be very careful before paying any money to this agency and make sure everything is confirmed in writing.
I am now considering escalating the matter to the Property Ombudsman and Trading Standards.

Simon and his team were very friendly and helpful. Their local knowledge, advice, valuation and subsequent marketing of my home were accurate and professional. Viewings were handled sensitively, with excellent feedback. If I were to sell another home I’d sell with them again.
