I recently had a viewing with Lillian in Ealing Broadway and she was brilliant from start to finish. Super knowledgeable, really attentive, and able to answer every question I had with confidence. She clearly knew the property inside out, which made the whole experience feel smooth and well-organised.
She was also very approachable and never made the viewing feel rushed, which I really appreciated. It made a big difference being able to take everything in properly and ask questions without feeling pressured.

As a first-time buyer, I was quite nervous going into the process, but Gibbs Gillespie in Ealing Broadway made everything feel much more manageable from the start.
They were patient and took the time to explain each step clearly, which I really appreciated. Communication was consistent throughout, and I always felt kept in the loop, something that’s so important when you’re new to it all.
What stood out most was their honesty and professionalism. There was no pressure to rush into decisions, and they gave realistic advice rather than just trying to push a sale.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience as a first-time buyer. I’d highly recommend Gibbs Gillespie in Ealing to anyone, especially if you’re going through the process for the first time.

Earlier this year, they helped me found a lovely house on the same street!! I am super grateful for their work. Our experience with this estate agency has been extremely disappointing and, regrettably, one of the poorest we have been through. Communication throughout the process was notably inadequate. My husband made several attempts to obtain updates via email, but responses were rarely provided unless he followed up with phone calls, which is not an acceptable standard of service.
Despite submitting all requested documentation promptly, the requirements appeared to change repeatedly—particularly concerning the filing history of the company my husband works for. This was both confusing and, in our view, irrelevant, as it has no bearing on his employment status, especially given that he is a property manager himself. The reasoning then changed to him not working long enough when it was clear with employment contract he had been offered full time work.
It became increasingly apparent that there was a lack of genuine intent to proceed with our application. We were initially assisted by a helpful representative, Nicole; however, our case was later handled by Jasmine without any formal handover or communication acknowledging the change. This added to the overall lack of transparency.
Furthermore, attempts to contact the Lettings Manager were unsuccessful, as our emails went unanswered, reflecting a concerning lack of engagement at a senior level.
We have since escalated this matter internally and sought legal advice, which indicated that declining a reference based on a company’s filing history is not a valid or justifiable reason. This raises serious concerns about the fairness and integrity of the process. It is difficult not to conclude that the property may have been offered elsewhere under more favourable financial terms, with alternative reasons given to justify the decision.
We strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this agency. Supporting documentation is available as evidence of our experience.

Shannon at Gibbs Gillespie was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Selling a home can be stressful at the best of times, but doing so while expecting my third baby added a whole extra layer of pressure—and Shannon handled everything with incredible professionalism, care, and dedication.
She worked tirelessly throughout the entire process, going above and beyond what we ever expected. What really stood out was her constant communication; she was always in touch with every estate agent in the chain, making sure things were progressing and pushing wherever needed to keep everything moving as quickly as possible. It genuinely felt like she was as invested in the sale as we were.
Nothing was ever too much trouble, and her reassurance and proactive approach made a huge difference during such an important and busy time in our lives. Thanks to Shannon’s persistence and commitment, what could have been an overwhelming experience felt smooth and manageable.
We couldn’t recommend her highly enough—she truly made all the difference and we are so grateful for her today and always as now we are in our forever home.

We’ve just successfully exchanged contracts on both our purchase and sale, and I genuinely cannot speak highly enough of George at Gibbs.
From start to finish, George has been exceptional. In what was a complex and at times high-pressure chain, he remained completely on top of every moving part. My first contact with Nasradin Hussein was several months ago. I registered my interest in purchasing a new home and he listened attentively as I gave him my specific requirements. I was never bombarded with calls or emails, instead he only called when a house that fitted the description I gave him, came to the market. After the second call Nas found the perfect property for me. He made himself available for more than one viewing at a day and time of my choice. My offer has recently been accepted and I am absolutely delighted that the process has been painless (apart from the wait to hear if my offer was acceptable).
