We had an excellent experience with our letting agent from start to finish. Martynas was incredibly professional throughout the entire process, while also being genuinely friendly and approachable, which made everything feel so much easier.

I would thoroughly recommend John Francis Estate Agent. I dealt with Amy and Bethany during the sale of my mother’s property. The sale was an emotional one for me as it had been our family home for over 45 years. Amy and Bethany dealt with myself and my family in a kind, considerate manner respecting our wishes. The whole process was very easy. I live in Essex therefore I was not able to visit the office in person but I was kept fully informed of the situation by phone and email. The whole process start to finish took 12 weeks. I was extremely impressed with the speed of the service and the help and advice I was given. Many thanks to all the Team from myself and my family

Brilliant service from John Francis overall but, big shout out to Molly absolutely amazing. My situation was challenging but Molly sorted out everything and managed to get it done. No hidden fees, no jargon, transparent and professional. Can't recommend them enough!
