From start to finish, my experience with this agency was excellent. A special mention has to go to Aimee, who was absolutely outstanding. She took the time to genuinely understand the property and the specific circumstances of the sale, which made a real difference. What set her apart wasn't just her professionalism — it was the genuine care she showed. That's something that's increasingly rare, and it didn't go unnoticed.
She was incredibly easy to communicate with at every stage, always helpful, and never made me feel like it was just another transaction. I can’t recommend her — or the team — highly enough.

What a amazing company , very professional and polite they kept me informed the whole process to completion, must mention Shannon Davies who took care of me again threw out the process, she was extremely professional and a genuune passion to help and guide you as ive never done something like this before which she made the joirney not so scary and put me at ease , Massive thanks Shannon. John Francis have recently sold a property for me near Felindre, east of Newport. It was an isolated small farmhouse with some land, so slightly unusual. All the team at John Francis were quite excellent through out the whole process, they were patient, informative and very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend them as an agent.

We couldn't reccomend John Francis enough. We were in a really difficult chain, and Shannon, Emily, Chloe and Morgan worked tirelessly to get us through it.
They are quick to reply, friendly, professional, and they literally supported us every single step of the way! We wouldn't of got there without them

Ive been dealing with Rachel at the Ponterdawe office of John Francis for the sale of a property in Ystradowen that had been in the family for over 100 years! The John Francis Carmarthen team were amazing from start to finish when I sold my property. Nothing was a problem for them & they were able to answer all my questions & advised me on things I wasn't sure of. The team were great at keeping me updated on wvery part of the process.
