I recently purchased a flat through Knight Frank Queens Park office and dealt with Sarah. Throughout the transaction I found Sarah to be highly responsive, very helpful in answering any queries that I had, knowledgeable about the local market and she mediated extremely well between buyer and seller whenever issues arose.
This transaction took a while to conclude as a result of various factors outside our control but Sarah patiently stuck with it for many months finally resulting in a successful exchange!

Terrible service. Failed in the basic- checking source and availability of funds of buyer. Left us out of pocket by many thousands of pounds when at exchange the buyer had no funds. Failed to follow their own complaints procedure by ignoring our emails.

Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

Shambles of a business, trying to arrange a viewing of a commercial property, called a dozen times, over a 8 day period, nobody is ever available, not a single returned call.
I thought I would email, anyway, no reply to the either. I assume they have now closed down ?
