Had a pleasure of dealing with Sammi Hashimi - although our deal did not go through due to us changing our mind, however we had an excellent experience with this Sammi. From the very beginning, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly informative.
His communication has been fantastic — prompt, transparent, and always helpful. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about both the property and the people viewing it.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and knowledgeable letting agent. He is true asset to the letting company.

As a landlord I have dealt with many agencies , this office is the worst their admin are chaos. Their payments collection have been 2 month delayed in some instants , purley becasue ethey did not botrher to contact the tenants. And you get teh most unhelpful , unresposive admin to deal with. Missed up my mortagae payments and casue alot of overdraft fees will never use again

Had such a nice experience working with Marsh & Parsons, especially Ema. She answered all my (many) questions and walked me through every step of the process! She even met me at the new flat on move in day so I didn’t need to make an additional stop. Would definitely work with Marsh & Parsons in the future!
