I recently purchased a property through Marsh & Parsons Little Venice, and was left very impressed by them on what proved to be a very long and difficult process due to several factors. Kelvin in particular was excellent, as he was always available for any clarifications, and his clear communication style and transparency throughout ensured that I was kept well informed of all developments. Thoroughly deserved 5*!

Just bought a house with Marsh and Parsons. Camilla was extremely lovely and helpful as was Phil. Very quick responses and help on any queries and friendly service. Would highly recommend! Thank you for everything :)

If there was minus 5 stars, I would have chosen it. The worst experience in my life with an agency really. I have just recently had surgery, and still did my best to show up early for the scheduled viewing. However, no one showed up, and it's completely unprofessional. They did not even call, or send an email to say they cannot attend. Very disrespectful. I recommend this to no one at all. Horrendous experience. No respect for others.

Last time I rented anywhere was over a decade ago in Manchester, so I was a bit intimidated by the prospect of entering the cut-throat world of renting in London. Fortunately, it was Gyan that answered the phone, and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Gyan took the time to find out exactly what was important to us and only sent us details of properties that were the right fit, which really helped as we were both working full-time and based in Manchester meaning time was at a premium. Gyan’s communication was great throughout via phone, email and Whatsapp depending on the situation. Viewings were always on time and very professional. The standout for us was that Gyan was infinitely patient and never too busy to answer our queries.
