We didn't proceed with the property due to personal circumstances, but I wanted to recognise how attentive and professional Jack was throughout. He mentioned he was only a week or so into his time at Marsh & Parsons, yet he came across as someone with years of experience behind him. His knowledge of the process, his responsiveness and his polish all reflected a seasoned letting agent.<br><br>Even though we didn't take the property, he made everything smooth and stress-free. If you're contacting Marsh & Parsons Earl's Court, ask for Jack for 10/10 service.

We interacted with Annabel from Marsh and Parsons, she is abosutely wonderful. Amazing sales skills, very communicative, very knowledgeable (we didnt ask any question without her knwoing the answer to it on every single property). Dan and the team at the Fulham branch were exceptional throughout the entire process, from putting our property on the market through to completion. Dan, in particular, was a pleasure to work with, highly knowledgeable and importantly, a genuinely decent and trustworthy person to deal with, providing reassurance throughout what was at times a very stressful sales process across the chain.
