An outstanding service from the team, especially Clair. Went above and beyond with her communication and ensured things progressed as smoothly as possible, keeping us updated throughout. Nothing was ever a problem and she liaised with solicitors brilliantly. They are such a friendly and professional team. We will definitely use them in the future and recommend to friends and family. Jon at Newton Fallowell had excellent and realistic knowledge of the local market. He knew exactly what price to market at to get a sale on a reasonable timescale. Newton Fallowell were not trying to maximise their profit, but rather were focused on maximising the chance of a sale.
