A fantastic service from James Hammond, overall extremely pleased with the communication, friendliness and his professionalism.
The viewing was nicely timed without being rushed and follow-up emails sent on as promised.
Having used Newton Fallowell as agents quite a few years ago for my rental properties & now a tenant myself - it really is a refreshing change to know that you are in good hands. I do believe that they are a company that are looking after the best interests of both the tenants and landlords.
Highly recommended !

We had an excellent experience with this estate agency and felt they truly stood out from the rest. From the very beginning, the level of customer service was exceptional; professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout.
Sam in particular was fantastic. He was attentive, proactive with follow-ups, and communicated clearly at every stage. He also showed real initiative in arranging viewings in a way that worked around our schedules and travel, which made a big difference.
Although we didn’t end up purchasing a property through them, this was purely because we found our dream home elsewhere, not a reflection of their service in any way. In fact, compared to other agents we dealt with, they were miles ahead in terms of care, organisation, and overall experience.
I don’t leave usually leave reviews and haven’t for the other agents we encountered, but this team genuinely deserves recognition for breaking the mould. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

We recently sold our house with Newton fallowell Stamford. We could not be more pleased with the service we received from the whole team.
We where with another estate agent and they had handled our property sale poorly. We pivoted to Newton Fallowell and they sold our house with no pictures and no digital footprint.
This was due to pivoting close to Christmas and did not want to get lost in the Christmas slowdown.
The whole team worked so hard for us. They stayed in contact throughout the process and explained everything clearly at every stage.
We would definitely recommend Newton Fallowell to anyone that is considering selling their home. You will be in good hands

I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this estate agent and would strongly advise others to think twice before using them.
Communication has been consistently poor throughout. Emails are routinely ignored, and I’ve had to chase them multiple times just to get the most basic updates. Even then, responses are often delayed and unhelpful, leaving me feeling completely out of the loop.
On top of that, there’s been a serious lack of professionalism when it comes to viewings. On more than one occasion, the property was left unlocked afterwards, which is completely unacceptable and raises obvious security concerns.
To make matters worse, the property was removed from Zoopla and nothing was done to resolve the issue for over a month. This kind of inaction is incredibly disappointing, especially when you rely on online listings to attract potential buyers.
Overall, the service has been careless, unresponsive, and poorly managed. I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

This was our first experience with a estate agent and they seemed very keen and enthusiastic saying the right things so went with them even though felt their original estimate was too high and brought it down to similar properties as always felt it was a nice house and someone would fall in love with it but the house market was very fickle and the houses just where not selling and people where dropping their prices in the area so unfortunately had to we followed suit but still not getting people through our door and what people that did veiw didn't leave negative comments infact very positive veiws but no offers which maybe there was nothing needed doing to the house and people wanted to do their own mark to a house instead at lower price but after nearly 6 months felt we needed a change as we had lost out on properties we wanted to buy and if we lowered anymore just to get a sale may as well sold to a investment company and lose money but definitely the housing market not helped by our present government who hit first time buyers with and working people with stealth taxes.... fingers crossed our new estate agents will bring that sale.

We dealt with Matthew Irvine from day one, our first sale fell through so it was a drawn out transaction (5 months) but we found Matthew responsive and helpful throughout, we needed more detailed measurements of the house and although we were committed and would have bought the property in any case, Matthew provided us with a virtual tour which helped alot as we were only able to view once and were buying from Devon. Matthew was approachable and courtious and always responded to our requests for information, so I would say he did a pretty good job with this transaction which was quite stressful for us, we have now relocated and are enjoying our new surroundings :-)

As a first-time buyer, I had a really positive experience with the team at Newton Fallowell Werrington.
From the beginning, the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions I had. Buying a first home can be quite stressful, but they made the whole process feel much more manageable by keeping me updated and explaining each step clearly.
A special thank you to Ellie, who was particularly helpful throughout. She was always responsive, supportive, and happy to chase things up when needed, which made a big difference in keeping everything moving smoothly.
Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend the Werrington branch to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again to Ellie and the whole team for all your help!
