If every estate agent was like Luton branch of Northwood, estate agents wouldn’t have a negative reputation! We rent an older property, so have had numerous issues to report over the years. Not only is there always a prompt response, but also genuine concern, evidenced by follow-up calls until the problem has been resolved. My wife and I have had dealings with each member of the lettings team. Without exception, staff are courteous, friendly—and efficient. We get the impression that a happy atmosphere prevails in the office. Having recently met the manager, we think we know why!

I have just moved my properties over to Northwood Lettings Crawley and I am extremely pleased in the manner in which the transfer and onboarding was competently carried out by Ben Pugh and his team.
Letting the property out to new tenants was also really great experience as tenants were located within 4 weeks and property let out. This guys are very customer focused and I can’t praise them enough

As a landlord I have been very happy with the service from Northwood over the last couple of years. When the last tenant recently gave notice, Essy found us a new tenant very quickly and sorted everything out with minimal involvement from me.

I recently had a horrible experience renting through this rental agency. Despite promptly filling out all the necessary paperwork, they ignored our form. Their communication was absurdly poor. The agents looked us straight in the eye and lied to us. It was very frustrating to deal with such an unprofessional company providing terrible service.
Other agency I have spoken to have been an order of magnitude better - responsive, efficient and honest. providing terrible service.

Claire and Caitlin were like Batman and Robin when it came to supporting us in selling our property. They ensured that no jokers turned up without doing their due diligence first. Our property was sold within a 3 month period and ensured the process was as smooth as can. I'd highly recommend them.

Excellent communications and explanations of each stage. The photographs and virtual tour of the property were exceptional the best ones out there where comparing to other agents. For Sale sign up immediately and supported very well with sale negotiation. Estimated value of property spot on. Sold within one weekm
