Lincoln, Kelly and the team could not have been more helpful when purchasing our house. Great communication, fair and forthright when negotiating our offer; a pleasure to deal with. Thomas at Taylors in Bicester has done a fantastic job securing a mortgage for us. When we heard our original guy from Aylesbury was leaving and Thomas in Bicester was taking in over we didn't know what to think but we had no worries at all. Very approachable and quick on the job. Great service 5*

**AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENTS**
After one year of private renting with Taylors I can confidently say I will never be using them again.
They simply do not care about the property they are meant to look after and manage. Any issues you report they will disregard them completely. I had to report them to my local council due to the unliveable conditions they had put me in.
Contacting them is pretty much impossible. They do not answer phone calls or reply to emails.
After my tenancy finished they tried to charge me hundreds of pounds in cleaning fees. However I had the property professionally cleaned like they had advised me to do so since having pets. Even when I provided them with the invoice they still charged me a smaller fee for cleaning. The property was left in a much better state than what it was in when I moved in. Taylors expect the property to be perfect when you leave but is far from that when you moved in. They will do anything to not give you back the full deposit.

We had previously tried to sell our house a couple of times over the last 2 years and having been on the market for 4 months on this occasion, we decided to instruct Taylors in the hope they could help us.
From this point we went from struggling to get any viewings at all, to Taylors selling our house within 24 hours!!
It wasn’t the most straight forward of sales, and we felt grateful to be reassured and informed throughout the process. Jamie in particular went above and beyond for us with fantastic customer service. It is clear everyone at Taylors really care about their customers and you not only get a great team of professionals who know the area well, they are also so friendly and a pleasure to work with.
I’m so pleased we chose Taylors and I’d recommend them to anyone.

Bad experience, called several times to arrange viewings, they don't give any reply there and then, say they call you back but they don't. Rude, arrogant and unprofessional.

First rate customer service from Vanessa and Hadley. Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.
