I've built such a real relationship with Lauren and Monika from Wards as they've journeyed with me through the different of my housing situations. They've been so helpful with providing thorough information, details and advise about which approach would be great for me to consider and not many estate agents will do that for you to ensure you have the best solution. My first experience of Wards in Hythe was a telephone call with Ollie. Ollie was very engaging and approachable, he took time to explain how Wards could help me sell my home, he listened to me and discussed my expectations of the service. He was highly knowledgable of the company and the housing sales within the area. He behaved very professionally.

Thank you Wards for helping us to sell our family home .
Not only did we have one person pull out of buying but as soon as that happened Wards were on the case, putting the house straight back on the market with viewings straight away which led to two potential buyers , one ofwhich actually bought the house.
Like to give a huge round of thanks to their Senior Sales Progressor Maria Meddings who was there for everything we had a question or a query for and helped us through the minefield of selling a house .
