Wards, if my experience is anything to go by, are worth every penny of their fees. Having just gone through a tortuous selling process, I am full of admiration and gratitude to the amazing staff I dealt with. Gary, Kim, Nancy, and especially Hannah Forrest who was just so supportive and proactive throughout, dealing with all my frustration and pain. Fantastic service and would have no hesitation recommending these guys to anyone looking to sell their property. They are a credit to their profession.

I had a great experience with this estate agency. Jesse Cheema was professional, friendly, and always willing to help throughout the process. She kept us informed at every stage, and responded promptly to any questions, which made everything as smooth and stress free as possible - especially being first time buyers.
And a special shout-out to Anne (sorry don't know last name), who made the property viewing genuinely enjoyable. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and brought a positive energy.

Elycia at Wards was brilliant from start to finish and made what could have been a very stressful experience so much easier. She was always prompt in responding to any questions and went above and beyond by meeting me at the property before my move-in date so I could measure spaces and windows in advance.
Throughout the entire process, Elycia was professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her friendly attitude and excellent communication made a real difference, and I always felt well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a genuine letting agent.

After spending six months on the market with another agent, I noticed the difference Wards offers from my first meeting with Mark. From his initial valuation visit, he gave me confidence in the price and that my flat would sell quickly with Wards. I felt the same confidence when I met Darren and Ollie. The whole team is straightforward, experienced, and very pleasant to deal with. They know the town and understand the buyers and I think having an office on Hythe High Street makes a big difference.
I always felt my flat was more likely to appeal as a weekend home, and Wards found exactly that buyer within a couple of weeks of marketing it. This says a lot considering the previous agent didn’t produce an offer in six months.
Once the offer was agreed, Amanda handled the progression well. She kept things moving, dealt directly with the solicitors, and was always helpful when I needed an update. That took a good amount of stress out of the process.
Everyone I dealt with was approachable, professional and easy to get hold of, and the whole process felt personal and attentive rather than transactional.
I would recommend Wards as first choice to anyone looking to sell or buy a property in Hythe.

Wards, Deal branch, have gone above and beyond to help me complete on my purchase, and I can't thank them enough.
My buyer's mortgage offer was due to expire, the day I completed.. There had been delays with the buyer's enquiries, and with other legal issues he had (he was not going through Wards).
Amanda offered to work late so the chain could complete on this final day. I was struck by her humility in doing this, in her own time. She has consistently gone out of her way to help, her communication has been brilliant, as well as her determination to ensure the sale went through successfully.
Dylan went out of his way with paperwork, which I was struggling with, always willing to help.
Ellie has been generally lovely when I've been in, helpful, friendly and very professional with it.
Thank you so much for an excellent impressive service, all of you at the Deal branch.
