My partner and I had Scott show us round the flat we ultimately ended up renting. He was very helpful and not pushy at all, allowing us to have the space to make an informed decision. If there were any questions we had that he couldn't answer on the spot he was very responsible, he didn't attempt to make anything up for the sake of convenience, instead he took the time to find out the correct answers for us which made me feel very secure in our decision. Robyn has been an absolute god send for us. Not only has her communication been phenomenal, but her interest in helping us find a place shows. Being international students has made finding an affordable place difficult but Robyn answered all of our emails and then some. She is kind and carring and my husband and I really appreciate it.

Suzanne & Jade really made this experience personable. We had the sad duty of selling our late father's home and they were so incredibly respectful of his fiancée who was our boots on the ground. Lee and his staff were very helpful and I received a first class service, in difficult circumstances, during the pandemic. Lee himself went the ‘extra mile’ spending a lot of time doing a live video tour with the buyer, who lived out of town. He regularly called to check on the property, which was empty, in his own time, on his way home from work and he called me with feedback and advice after viewings.
