We were very impressed with the speed with which the photographs were taken, the particulars drawn up & the property advertised and were astonished by the amount of interest generated and the prompt & efficient viewing arrangements. Viewings were handled super professionally by Elissia & Aminah. Initially we accepted an offer in the first week and were disappointed when this sale fell through 14 weeks later. Klarico were quick to react & re-advertise. Second time around they were equally as impressive & from offer to completion took a mere 11 weeks! Sarah was with us every step of the way of the sale process and supported us throughout.
