Do not associate yourselves with this company, they are scammers and they don’t have any remorse over what they do , they are a dodgy company and I don’t recommend. Stay away , before you regret ever associating yourself with them .

She helped me to understand the letting regulations in the UK along with the rental processes. Renting in the UK for the first time can be quite frustrating when you are new to the country. It is always a good idea to work with someone who is an expert in nativating in such systems where an ordinary person may not be so familiar with. Thanks Connells and Shennay.
14th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Our experience dealing with the Dixons Yardleys Branch has been nothing short of exceptional. We have been liaising directly with Amber, Amelia, Sophie and Ryan, but will also have interacted with others from the branch, but every communication, whether it be by email, phone call or face to face has been so pleasant and professional. The team have been very helpful and we've loved their supportive approach, they don't make you feel under pressure and their considerate approach makes it easy to do business with them, we've never felt that we can't ask something simple and basic or will be left feeling that was a silly question, they are just so helpful. We suppose you're reading this review to see if you should instruct Dixons Yardley, are they good, yes, are they professional, yes, do they do what is right for you, yes, would we recommend them, HELL YEAH!!! Thank you Amber, Amelia, Ryan, Sophie and the wider Dixons Yardleys Team, we really do appreciate your amazing customer first approach, great culture :)

You are the FACE of Royal Estate. We have enjoyed living in the house managed by your company. I want to say a big thank you to Royal Estate for making my family’s stay in Birmingham a memorable one and for the quick response when attention was needed. I would recommend your organisation a million times. Harry helped with dealing with our viewings and offered helpful feedback. Beverley dealt with the sale process of our move. It's been a long time since we moved house and we felt very supported by both. Nothing is too much trouble for them and always give that personal touch. We would highly recommend this Estate Agents! 10th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)It has been one and a half years since Centrick took over the management of my property, and it has been a terrible experience living in my flat. They have been unprofessional, entering my flat without permission, and constantly seeking excuses to evict me despite timely rent payments. They issued a Section 21 notice, and now they are increasing the rent significantly, requiring me to undergo referencing again despite three years of continuous renting. They are also altering payment dates arbitrarily as a new agent takes over, causing unnecessary stress. Despite my attempts, senior management has not reached out to address these issues. I cannot recommend Centrick to landlords or tenants based on the distressing experience I've endured.

I needed a rental property and she considered my needs and urgency and within 3 days , I got the house. Brilliant team ???????? Sam was excellent at the paper work and made everything very simple and smooth. I am going to need them for my future property search definitely ???? Very reliable team and professionals of their words. I am very impressed with the service they provided for me and my family.

19th Jan 2024 (13 weeks ago)I rented a house from them, everything was fine, but after a year, mold and a damp smell appeared in the house. I turned to them, and they said that they would solve this problem themselves, although this is their task. As a result, we decided to just move out and found another house. Fortunately, at least the deposit was returned.

Double thumbs up and I’d like to think that with the way Ryan has dealt with me in that time that the other members of staff would also be at the same level, however I choose to stick with Ryan and deal with him directly.

Alex was our agent and from valuation right through to completion he was nothing but professional and efficient. She booked us a last minute viewing, got our offer agreed within one phone call, none of the usual games and going back and forth. Nothing is too much trouble, she replies to emails very quickly and gets information asked for. Faultless experience, alot of other agents could take a pointer or two from this company!!
