25th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Just know if you rent with them, your life will be difficult if you need help. This place does not care about you as a person and your needs at all. Whenever you have a complaint they direct you to maintence and you submit a request and won’t hear about it for weeks and months. They don’t care if it’s a problem that is affecting your daily life. They will not follow up, respond to emails, or be of help when you go into their office.

However, I was extremely disappointed to learn that they consider a person’s religion when deciding whether to rent out a property.<br><br>In my opinion, a person’s religion should never be a factor in deciding whether they are eligible to rent a home. Instead, decisions should be based on relevant factors such as identification, financial ability, and the necessary documentation.<br><br>I sincerely hope the management will take this matter seriously and review their policies to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and equally, without discrimination based on religion.

We sold both our properties with him and he was friendly and progressional from the off, throughout both sales he really went the extra mile, always only a message away, would chase various solicitors when asked and progress always seemed to be made when Alex chased. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. They would book in viewings without even liaising with us which meant bookings got cancelled and prospective buyers annoyed and frustrated. Removed from market with Oakmans due to the amount of viewings we have was very small. Never received feedback after viewings.
