3rd Jun 2026 (16 days ago)I had a great experience with Leaders, thanks to Dave and Zaria. Dave was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond throughout the process. His advice was always clear and helpful, which made everything much less stressful. Zaria was also fantastic - she kept things moving smoothly and made sure I was regularly updated with progress from both solicitors, which I really appreciated. Both Dave and Zaria were very responsive and easy to deal with, and they made the whole process feel straightforward and manageable. I’d highly recommend them!
1st Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)Stewart Oliver City Sales & Lettings is hands down the worst letting agency in Birmingham. They charged us the wrong amount and took payment immediately, despite the fact that no damage was caused at all — this happened on the first day. When challenged, they flat-out refused to admit their mistake or issue a refund. The staff in the office are rude, dismissive, and completely resistant. They have zero respect for customers and make no effort to listen or resolve issues. Every interaction feels like they are trying to intimidate rather than help. To make matters worse, they are letting commercial properties for residential use, which is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about the legality of their operations. This agency is unprofessional, unethical, and careless. They cause unnecessary stress and clearly do not care about tenants at all. Avoid at all costs.

12th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)No called and no showed our first viewing, another viewing there was an issue with the lock and we were told we would be updated within a few days to resolve the issue and get us in for a viewing only to hear nothing. The next week my partner and I had both attempted to contact the branch only to be ignored, 4 weeks on we have still heard nothing back. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience with some of the worst communication I've ever received from a business! Would not recommend
15th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)There was very little communication over a long period after phoning them again and again,despite no viewings taking place. The agent repeatedly asked me to reduce the price, claiming that a previous viewer had said the property was overpriced. However, there had actually been no viewings at all, meaning this feedback could not have been genuine. It felt as though advice was being given to me without any real knowledge or evidence about the property’s market interest.

18th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)I recently completed the purchase of our 2-bed home in Canning Town with Stephen from Samuel King, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him more highly. From start to finish, Stephen was exceptional. He was proactive, transparent, and always one step ahead throughout the entire process. Buying a property can be stressful, but he made everything feel smooth and manageable, keeping us informed at every stage and always being available to answer questions. What really stood out was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to getting things over the line. He coordinated seamlessly with all parties involved and handled any issues quickly and professionally, which made a huge difference in keeping things on track. A great example of this was following our Level 2 survey, where a number of repairs were flagged that couldn’t realistically be completed before exchange. Stephen stepped in and negotiated on our behalf to secure compensation from the seller instead, making sure we were properly covered. That level of support and advocacy made a big difference and gave us real confidence throughout the process. It’s rare to come across someone so reliable and easy to work with in this process. If you’re looking to buy or sell, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Stephen and the team at Samuel King. A genuinely 5-star experience.
